This place was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the staff and the facility.

All was great. Some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom will be helpful.

Perfect location to explore the beautiful village of Theth. The hotel has a large private garden area, kids enjoyed the place as much as we did.

Breakfast could do with some variation each day

It was an amazing stay. Really beautiful setting and spectacular views. Clean air, spacious and nature around. After our long beautiful walk, we had delicious traditional dinner. We wish to stay longer. Definitely come back. Thank you very much,

We had a lovely stay at one of the little cottages on the site. The people welcomed us with open arms, the facilities were very clean and well maintained. A lovely big yard which our toddler especially enjoyed playing with the balls! Great views, great food, 100% recommend.

The local zipline goes right over the property, making a zooming noise throughout the day, didn’t bother us, and stops in the evening.

The perfect place to stay after hiking. A beautiful place and the rooms are great. Breakfast was good and the manager Aleks was very helpful. The short cut to the town over the little bridge is ideal.

Stayed there for 2 nights at the garden villa, very small cozy room but clean. AC was very poor but the weather at night it's good so you don't need it much at night, however from 8am till 7pm you can't really stay at the room as it gets very hot. Alex was a great host and super helpful he made sure we are comfortable, also the food was great there! We had dinner and surprisingly it was the best food we had in Theth view was also great and very calm and relaxing would recommend it

There is no doubt that the location is wonderful (like the entire valley) but they rob you in your face. I made a reservation through booking (€220/total), and when I checked out I told them that there was an error in the payment: they had charged me 22,000leks, which is equivalent to €226.90. I mentioned it, I showed him the bank notice as well as the currency conversion for that day (I understand that it can vary a little) and the reservation confirmation, but Alex treated us like fools the whole time: first he told us that the problem was the currency exchange (we paid with Revolut) and then he told us that they make the exchange 1-1. It's not so much about the money, it's worth it for leaving this wonderful area with a bad taste in our mouths. There are many hotels like going to another one that treat you well. P.S. Fair breakfast and the second day the electricity did not work.

The location above the village offers a relaxing environment and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The owners are friendly and helpful. They offer homemade delicious dinner and breakfast. The village is in walking distance, reachable in 15' using a narrow path along the river. We really enjoyed the place.

We booked the villa for 2 days. It offers a very decent atmosphere and an open bedroom on the first floor. Being aware of the remoteness and difficult transportation, we still feel that it is a bit overpriced (as is true for Theth in total). Considering the price, we would have appreciated a few shelves on the ground floor and in the bathroom. Some deck chairs would have made enjoying the beautiful scenery more comfortable.

The location was perfect for the Theth area and breakfast was convenient with a good selection plus espresso drinks. Area of the Villa was also beautiful.

You track through mud to get into your rooms. Our WiFi and TV didn't work. The power cut off and on throughout the night turning on all the lights and waking us up at 2am. The bathtub which takes up half of the room flooded our room and isn't functional. The curtains don't provide actual privacy as you can see in from the sides. There weren't any horses around the property as shown on the booking. And simple little accomodations that should be available for guest are missing such as a full length mirror & hooks for the bathroom towels. Given the landscaping where you must walk through the mud there should be more hardscaping around the villa's so that you have a stone pathway to get in without tracking mud all through your room.

The caban is cute and well equipped

The caban is located just in front of another cottage which is quite big, which hide the view. Moreover, it is on the way to the restaurant so people walk around and see you in your cottage. For me it does not worth such a high price

The location is unmistakably amazing. The drive up was scary but exciting! To be surrounded by mountains is amazing

We understand we were out in the sticks but the AC only seemed to work when we complained and the internet was out. The staff didn't really explain very well about this so we were disappointed, especially when we were told, if the AC didn't work overnight, to just open the door. The resort has great potential but we would have preferred an honest description that explained the AC was hot and miss.

very nice place with amazing view the staff ( Alex ) was very nice and supportive coffee machine in the room the room is big , new and has jacuzzi and a bath room, it is well maintained breakfast was good

the jacuzzi broke and flooded the room there are glass for wine but no wine opener

Amazing location and views, restaurant on site was very good. Very quiet and relaxing, we wished we stayed longer!

We stayed in the villa as 2 adults and 2 kids and it was a bit small (we didn’t realize it was half the house in the photos) but everything was very clean and nice.

Everything was great! The villas were very comfortable and clean. The surrounding scenes were beautiful. Aleks was courteous and welcoming.
