We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Ksamil! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The villa itself was spotless, and you could tell that a lot of care went into maintaining the space. It was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we could ask for. What made this stay even more special was the location. The villa is just a short walk away from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores of Ksamil whenever we wanted. The area is peaceful, yet close enough to restaurants and shops, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

It was ground floor, easy access with pushchairs. Beds were comfortable. Mostly quiet. Close to the town.

Pictures made it seem a lot better than it was. Wasn’t very clean, had to go to the supermarket and buy own cleaning supplies to make it suitable for young children. Ants everywhere, came back to the table covered in them one evening. Kitchen cupboards had a weird smell, bathroom smelt and the back of the door was mouldy/damp. Shower curtain didn’t pull round the whole shower so the floor got drenched. Unfortunately my son got sick and had to ask for more bedding and towels most days, they weren’t happy about giving clean stuff out. When we did get clean towels bedding and table cloth they were all stained. WiFi connection wasn’t great. Probably suitable for an overnight stay for adults but wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. Definitely wasn’t worth what we paid to stay, very expensive for what it is.

Cdo gje ishte ok, afersi me qendren, me restorantet, marketet, lokalet, plazhin. Pamja qe te ofronte veranda e Villes Sarti me pamje edhe nga Liqeni i Butrintit, na kenaqi syte dhe na relaksoi gjate qendrimit. Edhe dy pronaret e Villes Arti dhe Shpresa ishin shume mikprites dhe te sjellshem. Cmimi shume i arsyeshem. Do te kthehesha perseri me shume kenaqesi. Jua rekomandoj fort!

It is an incredibly clean place, you can smell the cleanliness from the sheets. Thank you very much to Arti for her interest, he was very helpful. He helped us to do a barbeque and to found best beaches. They are very friendly, highly recommended!

When we kept it from the site, we kept it in the form of 2 room, 2 bathroom, when we went, we stayed in a room different from the photos, it was a single bathroom

I travelled with my family and we tried to research before deciding to book. Myself and my girls read a lot of reviews and Villa Sarti had so many talking about the hospitality of Arti and his wife. I tell you, they were all right. Arti and his wife were really amazing and always asking if we're ok and need anything. We spent 9 lovely days here and so worth it! Walking distance into the city centre and grocery store. A very nice restaurant at the top of the hill with good food. We were able to beach hop and come back to our cosy space. Also nice thing is, very quiet neighbourhood. Thank you so much Arti and your wife for our lovely stay. The kids enjoyed and the adults enjoyed. Thanks also for the nice conversations and laundry! The warmth of Albanians is beautiful. Ksamil was stunning! We will miss our brunches on the terrace.

Great location, excellent value and fantastic hosts!

Fantastic peaceful location near the centre of Ksamil. Great value for money. Very helpful owners were on hand if needed anything.

The apartment and the location was great. It was walking distance to the beaches, to the bus, supermarket, bakery and all the restaurants. It is located in a quiet part of Ksamil. We had a big veranda with view of both the lake and the ocean (shadow at veranda in the morning and evening, and really pleasant to stay there). The owner was very serviceminded. We will also stay there next time in Ksamil:)

The shower area in our apartment was a little small and inconvenient, but it worked as the bathroom and also the rest of the apartment was very clean.

Great place to stay with a family or group of friends! Very good price and excellent location. It is close to the beach, diffrent types of bars, restaurants or grocery store and bakery. The host and his family welcomed us like family, provided a lot of information about the area, and was available over the phone or even personally any time we had questions. 10/10 - hopefully I will have a chance to stay there again!

Also, one of the best parts of this hotel is its location, it’s a short walk to the beach which made it convenient to enjoy the beach without the hassle of long travel or parking.

Very friendly owners with perfect communication and time for a nice chat. The accommodation finds itself in a very quiet street at a few minutes walking distance to a very nice beach.
