The room was very very cozy, and we had the best sleep. Breakfast and dinner very good and rich! The position is isolated which guarantees tranquillity and a great mountain experience.

We were driving a rent Fiat Panda and the last two km are not sealed roads, and we didn’t feel like risking it. With a higher car it’s surely possible (the other guests were there by car). We parked at the jezerca hotel and from there it’s 20/30 minutes easy hike.

Our stay in Theth was truly special. - The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. - The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by majestic mountain views and peaceful nature. - The atmosphere was serene and quiet—perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from the hustle of daily life. - Breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, offering a great start to each day.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, there are a few things that could enhance the experience even further: - The rooms lacked a kettle, which would be a nice addition for making tea or coffee. - In the showers, there was no shelf or holder for soap and shampoo, which made things a bit inconvenient. - From a safety perspective, the villa entrance and garden area would benefit from handrails along the stairs.

Located in great location , 10min drive from Thete center. The rooms are big and clean , and comfortable!! Breakfast is great - mix if good food with amazing view !!

You can hear from your room all the surrounding rooms /talks !! beware :) It is a bit hard to locate - would be great to add signs to help navigation.

The staff was great, the owner joined us for a treck and actually acted as our guide

Was so relaxing and luxurious with a homely feel. Perfect destination to finish at after the hike from Valbone to Theth. The ladies working there were absolutely gorgeous, so kind and generous. Meals were massive and definitely the best meat I ate in Albania. They accommodated my every need (gave me ice for injuries etc) and had very clear English. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Amazing stay, clean and modern, really kind owners, and good food. If you want to take dinner at the accommodation, which I can recommend, you should inform the owners in advance.

A little tricky to get to by car, the roads are not easy to manage, takes about the same time by car as by foot.

Friendly staff and beautiful location! About a 20min walk up from where the buses drop you off. Lovely and remote 💛

The whole family was Amazing

Villa is located in a beautiful nature, the room was smalish, with shares bathroom, but it was sufficient for our purpose. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The owners were really nice, did not speak much English, but were hospitable and welcoming. We were leaving early in the morning so they prepared a breakfast packet for us. We could leave our car there for 2 days. The owner helped us with luggage back to the car. There was a choice of dinner. We ate it with the mountain view. We received raki to finish off. Everything is still new, stylish and modern.

The door of room 6 was squeaky. The worse part for me was the road, but it is not the owners fault. The first rocky part was hard enough, bumpy and passing cars in the other direction, but the last 300 m very very very steep. Please put an arrow to the sign, it is not 100% clear that the house is to the left at the top. Some hooks in the bathroom would be very smart.

Extremely welcoming, kind owners that built the place themselves. Our room was very spacious and modern for Albanian standards. Good local food. Very authentic experience. Located outside of Theth, very tranquil. 10min drive or 25min walk to Theth village (offroad, but 2WD sufficient). We came as a family with a 1year old, they were so kind and loving with our small one that he didnt want to leave.

Sound insulation isn't optimal, if you have a light sleep. Some elements of the place are still under construction.

Beautiful location, the hosts were very kind, didn’t speak English well but a staff member was there to translate. The room was clean and with a nice view. Food at accomodation was a bit pricey but understandable because the meat was local and it tasted amazing! Road to the property was a bit rocky but with a bigger car it was doable.

The communication was tricky especially about dinner time but we managed. Everything else was perfect!

The location of the hotel is beautiful and very peaceful because it is located outside the city center, higher up on the mountain. The view was stunning. Overal our experience was really good; nice breakfast, great hosts who were very welcoming, and the hotel (including bedroom) was exceptionally clean.

New facilities, helpful staff, that took really good care of us. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Altogether great experience! ;)

Beautiful location and the staff was very kind and hospitable! It was a great place to hang out outside after a day of hiking and enjoy some drinks.

There should be more signage to get to the villa along the unpaved road. The rooms on the top floor of the villa were VERY warm in the summertime and never quite cooled off in the evenings. Also, when we ordered dinner, we ended up waiting almost 2 hours for our food to be brought out, even the bread and salad.
