What an amazing hotel. Everything is just perfect. The hotel is clean, the rooms is beautiful and big, the breakfast is perfect and there is 2 amazing and clean pool. I wish I could stay more. I will be back for sure.

Great service, great interiors and pool area, tennis court and spa available to use during the day and included in the price. Food was delicious and we were well looked after by the team. Lovely place to relax for a few days

Originally we were given a room that smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved and the staff did so quickly and without fuss. If you want to walk to dinner somewhere, there is not a lot of choice in the surrounding area.

The staff were exceptional – it’s rare to find such service-minded people in Albania, but they were truly outstanding. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the beach and there are no shops nearby. I would definitely return just to experience the wonderful staff again, especially those at the reception.

The sofa bed in the suite was not comfortable.

Amazing hotel, staff and such a relaxed place to be. I travelled with some friends and honestly we couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff were great too, especially Mariam who helped us on check in. She really made us feel welcome at the hotel. Can’t comment much on the food as we didn’t eat there.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this luxurious hotel, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is breathtaking – it looks like a real Italian palace, beautifully designed and elegant in every detail. The service was top-notch, with staff who were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. There are two pools, both of them wonderful. One is located within the main hotel area – it’s spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in a quiet, serene atmosphere. The second pool is just across from the hotel, only about 10 meters away, and it’s even bigger. That pool was a highlight for us – not only because of its size, but also because of the fantastic restaurant right beside it. The food was delicious, especially the fresh fish, and there were great options for kids too. We barely left the hotel during our stay because it had everything we needed – comfort, beauty, relaxation, and great food. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

Clean, tidy friendly

Prior notice about the wedding that went on outside our room until 4am would have been appreciated. Was a pretty sleepless night

Food is really good, also its really quiet so perfect for relaxing

The service was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel. During breakfast, there was only one waiter attending guests, and he spent most of his time smoking. When we asked for Americanos, he seemed annoyed by the request. We chose to have breakfast by the pool, but the table was left without cutlery, napkins, or a tablecloth—far below the standard you'd expect. We also requested housekeeping, and the cleaning was very poor. They didn't even notice we had run out of toilet paper. Overall, the service was consistently lacking. Even around the pool, no drinks or refreshments were offered to guests relaxing there. Definitely not the level of attention or professionalism expected from a luxury hotel.

Would’ve been nice to have been prepared for limited pool use at the main hotel due to maintenance and a wedding. This didn’t affect our stay as we used the other pool over the road

It was a beautiful hotel, 5* star quality. Gorgeous pools & tennis court. Clean and well looked after. Food was very good. Very calm relaxed area with little noise and great sound proofing in rooms.

The location was up on the hill so you had to drive places to get anywhere. The breakfast was a bit limited for 5*. It would be nice if there was a gym but there was a lovely spa.

This was my third time staying in this hotel. The room was very clean and neat. The swimming pool water was also clean. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere which I liked. Breakfast was good enough and the staff was very friendly and polite.

There was no bucket of water in the sauna to heat the saunas heater.

The hotel is new, clean, rooms are very comfortable swimming pool is great, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is terrible: actually there is nothig around, and you need a taxi in order to go out anywhere. even the sea is far away. one more thing: though the hotel staff is great, you fall with the little things: we stayed there 3 nights, we needed to ask them to clean the rooms, and we couldn't enjoy a massage due to anability to schedule it

The restaurant and breakfast is in great need of improvement , having to get a taxi to find other restaurants , suggestion of providing complimentary water each day not just on day of arrival … was not impressive by being told we had limited time around the larger pool as the hotel had taken booking for the subbed by the pool ..

Amazing room/facilities, great staff, wonderful food. We had breakfast, lunch and an evening meal while we stayed, all amazing value for money.

We were of the understanding we had an airport transfer as part of the booking but we was told this wasn't available and had to 'book a taxi' reception offered to do this but the taxi was another member of the hotel staff which we paid 40EUR a bit tucked away re location

Staff was overall friendly.

For a 5 star establishment like this hotel, some basic things did not work and the staff did not care to fix it or to communicate beforehand. Example: we booked the suite with whirpool. The whirpool function did not work and was defective for over 6 months, as we were only told after arrival. The big pool was promised to open at 15th of may, yet during our stay (beginning of June) the pool was closed. This was also not communicated beforehand.
