What an amazing hotel. Everything is just perfect. The hotel is clean, the rooms is beautiful and big, the breakfast is perfect and there is 2 amazing and clean pool. I wish I could stay more. I will be back for sure.

Originally we were given a room that smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved and the staff did so quickly and without fuss. If you want to walk to dinner somewhere, there is not a lot of choice in the surrounding area.

Great service, great interiors and pool area, tennis court and spa available to use during the day and included in the price. Food was delicious and we were well looked after by the team. Lovely place to relax for a few days

We had an amazing two-night stay at this luxurious hotel, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is breathtaking – it looks like a real Italian palace, beautifully designed and elegant in every detail. The service was top-notch, with staff who were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. There are two pools, both of them wonderful. One is located within the main hotel area – it’s spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in a quiet, serene atmosphere. The second pool is just across from the hotel, only about 10 meters away, and it’s even bigger. That pool was a highlight for us – not only because of its size, but also because of the fantastic restaurant right beside it. The food was delicious, especially the fresh fish, and there were great options for kids too. We barely left the hotel during our stay because it had everything we needed – comfort, beauty, relaxation, and great food. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

Would’ve been nice to have been prepared for limited pool use at the main hotel due to maintenance and a wedding. This didn’t affect our stay as we used the other pool over the road

The location was up on the hill so you had to drive places to get anywhere. The breakfast was a bit limited for 5*. It would be nice if there was a gym but there was a lovely spa.

It was a beautiful hotel, 5* star quality. Gorgeous pools & tennis court. Clean and well looked after. Food was very good. Very calm relaxed area with little noise and great sound proofing in rooms.

There was no bucket of water in the sauna to heat the saunas heater.

This was my third time staying in this hotel. The room was very clean and neat. The swimming pool water was also clean. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere which I liked. Breakfast was good enough and the staff was very friendly and polite.

Hotel location is terrible: actually there is nothig around, and you need a taxi in order to go out anywhere. even the sea is far away. one more thing: though the hotel staff is great, you fall with the little things: we stayed there 3 nights, we needed to ask them to clean the rooms, and we couldn't enjoy a massage due to anability to schedule it

We were of the understanding we had an airport transfer as part of the booking but we was told this wasn't available and had to 'book a taxi' reception offered to do this but the taxi was another member of the hotel staff which we paid 40EUR a bit tucked away re location

Amazing room/facilities, great staff, wonderful food. We had breakfast, lunch and an evening meal while we stayed, all amazing value for money.

A few times on arrival my 3 year old and 7 year old were told off about touching things I do feel that was unnecessary because I would make sure they don’t break anything otherwise everything else was good

I’ve been here several times if your celebrating something it’s definitely worth doing it here ! the staff go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay food is great pools are amazing it’s a beautiful villa with beautiful architecture beautiful decoration within the property it has become one of my favourite hotels in the world due to it being small and not too busy .

The area the hotel is located in was not the best and there were barely any provision shops

You get the WHOLE spa to yourself. It was GORGEOUS and comfortable, food was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a life band. I will definitely travel all the way back just for the hotel

The bar and restaurant next to the swimming pool were closed, Breakfast was not very good cold food and the first ever hotel we had stayed in without a toaster. We stopped going down in the end. location was not good if you wanted to leave you had to get a taxi.

Would have liked some local Albanian wines on offer in the bar/restaurant as wanted to try but really a minor issue.

Beautiful hotel in ornate Italian style decor. High quality fixtures and fittings, spacious rooms, great facilities; spa, gardens, pools, restaurant. Freshly cooked food. Amazing staff! Especially Livana and George, nothing was too much trouble.
