The stay at this hotel was wonderful, the hostess treated us to coffee every morning, took care of the cleanliness and comfort of the guests, I recommend this hotel to everyone, 10 minutes walk to the sea, shops nearby, thank you again Aisha

Really nice place 10 minutes from beach Rooms very basic but all was good …it’s super quiet at night for sleeping

Fantastic stay in lovely villa. A short walk away from the busy beach front, with a comfortable, well equipped room with good air conditioning. Owners extremely helpful and super friendly. Highly recommended!

This place was our home for 5 weeks. Our hosts Aicha and Mustafa were incredibly wonderful, always attentive to our needs and extremely generous in any circumstances. They made us feel like family. The accommodation is exceptional in every way. The price-quality ratio is the best you can find in Durres. The cleanliness is immaculate and the comfort and safety are superlative. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The area is very quiet and safe. In the courtyard of the house we were able to relax and park the car safely. All aspects of our stay were superlative. Whenever we are in Durres we will choose Villa Osmani!

The host was very kind. We only went here to sleep one night and to shower. And that's all this place can offer. The bed was comfy.

There's no shower tray. Well, the whole bathroom/wc is the shower tray.

I like mostly the comfy, the cleanliness and the quiet. It was so good and I'll recommend to anyone.

The location is superb. The hostest is really kind always with smile, super attentive with us. I felt like home.

The bathroom is very small, shower and toilet are at the exact same place, not separated by any curtain or so but it did not bother us much as we stayed only one night. :)

Simple, kind people. This is why I love the Balkan. The room was perfect. I recomend this place for motorbikers, you can store your bike in a closed garden. I am planning to come back here next year.

Everything was find, good value for the price.10 min walk from the beach, unfortunatelly we didnt swim because of the meduses, there were plenty of them during our stay.

It is quite far from the old town, we went there by car next day and payed 3€/hour for parking, it was a bit far for evening walk from the apartment.

The room is good excellent wardrobe balcony to rinse shirts shorts .The bathroom is good and clean.The bed was was very comfortable. The family renting were polite and mannerly and kindly gave me some fruit which I forgot to eat.

The house has no sign . Overall it is good value and a place near shops and the beach.

The placement of the shower was a little strange (just a showerhead right next to the toilet)

we (backpacker couple) had a great time at Villa Osmani. the owner lady "Aisha" was super welcoming and friendly, she speaks basic english. via whatsapp we could communicate very easily with her son "Indrit" who speaks excellent english and who responds very fast. the room had everything we needed, including hot water shower, toilet-paper, big comfy bed, enough space, balcony, gas-cooker, pans, cuttlery, plates, 1min walking to the next mini market, 10min walking to the beach and many shops and restaurants, public bus 10min walking distance (if you're coming from the bus station in Durres Center you can take the bus from the mainstreet direction to "Plepa" and pay inside the bus 40LEK per person in cash, takes about 15min to the nearest area of Villa Osmani). would definitely recommend for the uncomplicated tourists!

no shower curtain, the floor in the bathroom gets wet everywhere. there is a cleaning mob on every floor so you can dry it. some other guests were very loud playing music and singing late in the night. the whole neighbourhood must have heared the noise. maybe the owners could regulate quiet times at night (for example no noise between 10PM and 8AM).

Didn’t like the washroom because it was too small but enough and whenever you spray water for shower it will spread outside of toilet.
