Everything was great, the location, the room was very clean and quiet. I totally recommend.

Very close (4-5min walk) to some of the nicest private beaches in Ksamil. Very clean accommodation with modern amenities and nice bathroom. Great coffe/espresso machine!Parking at the property was a huge bonus. The host (a teenage girl) was very friendly and even offered to do laundry for us for no additional charge. Many restaurants and a small kiosk store right next to the property. Air conditioner and TV in both rooms.

Because of the location being so close to the beach clubs, the music was a bit loud for us as a family with small children. But that's not the owner's fault. Luckily the party noise stopped around midnight. Probably perfect for outgoing guests who like to party into the night. The living room with two sleeping sofas was very comfortable. But it didn't had blackout curtains so it was quite bright in the morning. The bedroom was good to sleep in late. Having a small kitchen with a large fridge was a bonus, although it would have been nice to have some basic cooking essentials such as: cooking oil, salt & pepper.

Brand new accommodation, tastefully decorated, comfortable, spotless clean. Perfectly located a few steps away from the beach with all the restaurants and beach clubs. Communication was fast and easy, Klaudia was prompt and helpful.

They are so incredibly hospitable. They washed our clothes and drove us to Sarande at 7am! They couldn’t possibly do anymore. The property is also very well located to the beach and good places to eat. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Vila Murati is an amazing place to stay in Ksamil! The rooms are beautifully renovated — everything is fresh, high quality, and stylishly designed. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive — truly rare to find such hospitality nowadays. They brought us little gifts, always kept the coffee stocked for the machine, and responded to every request immediately. They even bought a knife exactly the size we mentioned — such a thoughtful gesture! The location is perfect — everything is just a short walk away: the beach (only 1 minute), the town center, shops, restaurants, markets. Super convenient and peaceful at the same time. Even though our room didn’t have a sea view, the comfort and care we received made the stay unforgettable. I give a full 5 stars with distinction — warm, welcoming, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

The property was immaculate! The room and facilities were stunning and clean. The location was perfect and hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Would highly recommend and was a highlight of our trip.

The room is clean and tidy

This was an amazing apartment! Close to the center and beaches but still few streets from the bars and parties. The pillows were the best I have ever laid my head on. Just an amazing accommodation and Klaudia is a great host. Her cousin was also so attentive and even gave me a lift to Sarandë! 10/10!

The kindest hosts! They were so helpful and very quick to respond and help us with recommendations! Cutest room, filled with everything we needed!! Would come back to stay again without a doubt!

This place was exactly what we needed - a room with big enough bed and a private bathroom. For the price we got even more than what we expected - the room was very clean, the owners were extremely nice and even offered us water free of charge. We were able to park directly at the property, which was a big plus.

Everything was perfect. The property is well kept, immaculate and has everything you need. The hosts especially Klaudia are very welcoming and helpful. If you prefer a quiet and less busy street but close to all local amenities, this is the perfect place for you. To those who are coffee lovers like me- The fancy coffee machine is a bonus. I will highly recommend this place.

The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Very close to the beaches and center of Ksamil. The owners were so kind and generous, and provided excellent recommendations and help throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying at this charming place right in the center of Ksamil, but far enough away from the party scene for a good night’s sleep.
