Stayed in Villa Mimoza with my family and really enjoyed it. The host was kind and helpful, and the house had everything we needed. I also loved the unique paintings on the walls so charming!

I think Borsh is becoming a little too expensive for what it has to offer, but this is not a critique to the host or the property. It's just the way the market is nowdays and it is slowly becoming inaccessible to Albanian tourist.

Everything was good, the host is great, the room was very clean and had everything we could need. The sheets were frequently changed without even asking.

Only during the last night a group of guests were a bit noisy at the garden, and made it difficult for us to sleep well before our early morning check-out.

The owners were very polite and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and it was the best room we have booked in Borsh so far. Highly recommended.

The shower doesn’t have a curtain or door so it’s a bit uncomfortable when showering since we didn’t want to wet all the floor, there’s a mop and bucket so we cleaned after showering every day.no biggie, but it would be better if there was a shower door or curtain.

Mimoza and her daughter greeted us on arrival, very nice and kind people. We loved the family atmosphere. Location is perfect, short drive to the beach, quiet and relaxing. The room is like a mini studio with kitchen, ample bathroom, balcony with stunning views, very comfortable beds. The building is new and modern.

40 min walk to the beach (but only 10 mins drive) but the hotel owner showed a shortcut so the walk was only 30 mins :)

the hotel owners were so kind and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! our room had a kitchen with pot//pans/plates which was so convenient. everything was super clean - I wish I could stay there for a month or more doing work from home! there is an atm and small convenience store only 3 mins walk up the street which is also where you can catch the bus back to Tirana.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Mimoza is a great host that has everything you need to have the perfect vacation in Borsh. The rooms were spacious, and everything was very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and it was very easy for us to cook our own meals when we needed to. It had lots of parking space and there are markets very near the structure. We had a great stay here and hope to return again one day.

I would recommend a washing machine. As we were there for 5 days, it was neccessary for us to wash our clothes.

The room was well organized for a family of four. The kitchen is well-equiped with all the neccessary things, oven, tost and everything else. It is a little bit far from the sea, but the location is as described, so no surprises. The fact that is near the waterfall makes the room very cool and the AC was not very neccessary, although it is in there.

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was equipped with all the conditions and all the kitchen equipment. The cleanliness was indisputable and the staff very helpful. For the conditions and the economic price, I recommend it without a doubt.

The building is in the heart of Borsh. It is very close to markets , restaurants , or pharmacy. You can go to the beach driving five minutes or in 30’ walking. The sightseeing of the bay of Borsh and the greek island of Corfu is fantastic. The apartament is very clean and painted with a happy colour. It is also well furnished. You also have a private parking in the property .The owners is a very friendly family. They help you and you can have a good conversation with them.

The mattress for the double bed was hard and sleep wasn’t so comfortable. The creek was next to the villa and it was loud.
