The Wi-Fi struggled when we needed a higher data transfer not ideal for work, streaming or even scrolling through Tiktok.

Everything was really fine. Great pool, which we could even use in the evening. The location is away from the city center, which was a plus for us, it was quieter. Friendly and relaxed host. The room matched the expected standard.

What a fantastic stay! Villa Luan was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been more perfect—just a few minutes walk to the beach, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and have everything we need. Since our arrival it was clear they really care about their guests' experience. I can’t recommend this place enough because it has surpassed any expectations we had. We look forward to getting back next year or even faster.

Kitchen equipment is very basic. It could do with some normal plates and chopping board as there were only pasta plates and the small cup plates. Everything else was ok.

Lovely and clean apartment with a nice view. We could check in early which was much appreciated. Good location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay there again.

Location is good away from the noise of the touristic area , but not far away only 5-8 min walk. The host is a great and kind person that helped us with informations when needed. Property is very clean , good parking spot inside the property.

The place was little bit away from the center.

Room was fully equipped (even kitchen stuff like pan, plates, knives) - AC, TV, refrigerator were working without any problem. Room and bathroom were super clean. The owner of the place was so helpful, positive and kind person. Highly recommended.

Nothing I didnt like.

The room was super clean. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 days and they offered to clean the room and change the bed sheets on second day. We asked for a kettle and they provided it in an hour. The bathroom was very clean and everything was new. They even washed our clothes. We are already looking forward to coming next year.

Its all okay.

The hotel is 10mins walk to the beach. Reataurants and supermarkets nearby and almost next to each other. The room is clean with comfy mattress and has fridge, mini stove and cutlery in case one wants to cook. It has also parking at tbe property which makes it more convenient as parking is tricky around the area.

Excellent place to stay in Ksamil! Very comfortable, bathroom and a small kitchen but both private. A balcony with view to the sea and we got a sunset. Incredible! Has private parking, 10 minutes walking to the street where there's everything. Recommended!

Absolutely wonderful room, I did not expect it to be so spacious and with everything you may need at the sea resort. Value for money is unprecedented here. 10 Minutes walk to the beach. Definitely recommended!

The beaches in Ksamil were really overcrowded so we just drive maybe 10min to beach with less people.

The place was situated a 5 minute walk from Ksamil beach. Lots of good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The room itself was super clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, a clothesline and kitchen facilities. A super comfortable stay for 4 nights. The host was so lovely and helped us out with some washing. Would definitely recommend!

The host was friendly and helpful. We had stayed for 8 nights and they cleaned our apartment twice which we did not expect it. They have put all the necessities we might need as toilet paper, dish soap, hairdryer in the middle of the hallway where everyone can use them. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and there was a parking in front of the house. We have really liked it and i truly recommend it.
