We found it convinient as we had a car but walking also seemed fine

Everything was perfect

Room was spacious and nice. AC worked really well. Overall room was clean and comfortable. Location is on top of the hill and about 15min from Ksamil Beach. Reasonable price

Everything was really fine. Great pool, which we could even use in the evening. The location is away from the city center, which was a plus for us, it was quieter. Friendly and relaxed host. The room matched the expected standard.

The Wi-Fi struggled when we needed a higher data transfer not ideal for work, streaming or even scrolling through Tiktok.

The room was great. So much space and very clean! Host was very responsive which we appreciated a lot. Location was also great as well as the balcony we enjoyed relaxing on. Had a great time here :)

We liked everything about this property, we arrived late and they sent us a message if everything was okay, we really appreciated that, very spacious room, very very clean, the owner is so friendly and helpful, more than cooperative, he looks really well after his business, he recommended for us good places to eat with good prices, family friendly, location very good as well, close to market shops and to restaurants and beaches We will definitely stay in this villa when coming back to Ksamil

What a fantastic stay! Villa Luan was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been more perfect—just a few minutes walk to the beach, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and have everything we need. Since our arrival it was clear they really care about their guests' experience. I can’t recommend this place enough because it has surpassed any expectations we had. We look forward to getting back next year or even faster.

Lovely and clean apartment with a nice view. We could check in early which was much appreciated. Good location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay there again.

Kitchen equipment is very basic. It could do with some normal plates and chopping board as there were only pasta plates and the small cup plates. Everything else was ok.

Location is good away from the noise of the touristic area , but not far away only 5-8 min walk. The host is a great and kind person that helped us with informations when needed. Property is very clean , good parking spot inside the property.

Room was fully equipped (even kitchen stuff like pan, plates, knives) - AC, TV, refrigerator were working without any problem. Room and bathroom were super clean. The owner of the place was so helpful, positive and kind person. Highly recommended.

The place was little bit away from the center.

The room was super clean. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 days and they offered to clean the room and change the bed sheets on second day. We asked for a kettle and they provided it in an hour. The bathroom was very clean and everything was new. They even washed our clothes. We are already looking forward to coming next year.

Nothing I didnt like.

The hotel is 10mins walk to the beach. Reataurants and supermarkets nearby and almost next to each other. The room is clean with comfy mattress and has fridge, mini stove and cutlery in case one wants to cook. It has also parking at tbe property which makes it more convenient as parking is tricky around the area.
