The villa exceeded all our expectations! The traditional stone architecture combined with modern amenities created the perfect blend of authentic Albanian charm and comfort. The wooden balconies offered stunning views and were ideal for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location in Sarandë provided easy access to beautiful beaches while maintaining a peaceful, private atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. The villa was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The host’s attention to detail was evident throughout the property, from the thoughtful amenities to the seamless check-in process.

Honestly, it’s difficult to find any significant faults with Villa Kristiano 21. If we had to mention something minor, it would be that our stay was too short - we could have easily spent more time enjoying this beautiful villa and exploring the surrounding area.

Amenities are like 5 star hotels everything from room design to toiletries well thought off Room size is big with balcony overlooking sea view Breakfast very good with freshly squeeze juice & different cheeses & pastries Owners are very nice & will always check if we need anything else.

Our stay in Villa Kristiano 21 was great and we enjoyed every part of it, from the magnificent view, the lovely family managing the villa- Andy and his wife, their beautiful children and Theo, you feel like you are being hosted by family members, Andy and his wife didn’t manage a single effort to help us and all with a smile, the breakfast was great, kept us full all day long. We will definitely come back ! We recommend to everyone who is looking for a peaceful place, far from the hustle and the noise of the city.

Our stay at this villa in Sarandë was absolutely unforgettable. Perched high on the hillside, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city, the Ionian Sea, and even Corfu Island in the distance. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the balcony – the view alone is worth millions. The host and staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was on another level – beautifully prepared, delicious, and more than we could possibly finish. We can’t wait to come back!

You need to make sure to choose the sea route the other one it’s not correct and not possible .

The room was spacious, modern and clean; owners very friendly. Has a very good view of the bay.

The property is not beachfront as shown on site. High up on the hill, a car is definitely needed. When arriving, approach from the sea-side and follow the Wine Bar signs. Google Maps etc. show another route (by a mosque, if you drive by it, go back) from the land-side of the hill which is not accessible.

Perfect! The view, the room and especially the service and the kindness. Every day another selfmade breakfast, normal or vegan. It was great

The staff is great and friendly and fun. The room is stunning, beautiful and the wine bar which is adjacent felt like cozy place where we would always end up the day. The place is surrounded by fruit trees, and the views! Probably the best view in all Sarande. Oh did I mention that each breakfast pretty much made? Sure we didn't have to eat lunch later on... And I managed to taste three different fruits I had never tasted in my life. Just a tip to get there as Google Maps and Waze are not very reliable, make sure that you're not coming from the back of the hill which was suggested from the highway), go first towards the beach and then follow the navigation back up. You want to access it from downtown. The other way will work but oh my gosh the 180o turns at 60% elevation... You might want to avoid that! We walked a couple of times to the beach and the boardwalk. Takes about 20 minutes, but it's a salty walk-up. Perfect for burning the calories you ate downtown...

We pretty much loved everything, but we can see that that an infinity swimming pool is being built on the premise and it will be a definitely add-on to it!

Great location with unbelievable view. You can see the ocean Sarande Ksamil and Corfu. The breakfast was fantastic and very extensive The host is always available and the friendliest man you’ll find in Albania. The room is luxurious and equipped with everything you could wish for. Parking on site, payment by card. We had a fantastic weekend and recommend this location to everyone

Nothing, everything was outstanding

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly kind, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – so delicious and varied, with fresh fruits, pastries, warm dishes, and local options. Everything was fresh and high quality. Great service, and a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend it!

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay here. The view, the breakfast, the facilities, the manager, everything was PERFECT. If you ever visit Sarande, you should definitely stay here. For easy access, I'd advise that you rent a car and follow the sign that says "WINE BAR" to locate the place.

The room was great, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a stunning view from our room. The breakfast was more than generous, with a wide variety of delicious options. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was close enough to Saranda town but also not in the hustle and bustle of town

We had some difficulty finding the accommodation using Google maps because it tried to take us through some dirt roads, best to follow the signs to the wine bar.

Peaceful location away from the busy town. Staff are so helpful and friendly, and go above and beyond. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and great view. Breakfast served every morning, lots of food, you will not go hungry. Definitely recommend spending the evenings watching the sunset and having a drink in the wine bar. The best location in all of Sarande. Car would be beneficial for this accomodation, however taxi services are available around the town and the staff at Villa Kristiano will help you to arrange.

The service was excellent, if u needed a taxi or a pizza they arrange everything for you. Also very nice view and a very clean room, which they clean every day. They had excellent wine and the staff was really nice and kind.

Only the road to arrive there is a little bit steep, but it was worth the while and its not their fault.
