Everything was perfect. Hosts were super kind and nice people. Room is very nice and well equipped. Location is really good, close to beach, restaurants and cafes.

Perfect location close to the beach

Close to city center

No enough space in the room if you go with 2kids. No elevator, so need to climb 3 floor. Room window next to corridor, u hear all noises in the room. I think we didn't like Ksamil at all ( beaches small, crowded, no clean etc.).

The owners were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean, tidy and spacious enough for a couple. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and the center of Ksamil, there's free parking on the site.

The property was well located very close to Paradise beach and close to town. The owners were wonderful who take pride in their property and it shows. We arrived thirsty and tired and extremely hot due to the heat wave. One of the owners brought us a big bottle of water so we didn’t have to go out and buy one. She also offered to wash our bathing suits and towels after our afternoon swim. We can not say enough good things about the property and the owners. The sheets were crisp & clean. We also loved the restaurants around the area.

Just a 2 minutes walk from a good grocery store and another one minute to the brand new public beach. In the evening we walked 10-15 minutes to the northeast and had good drinks and food. Good parkingspot and just 11 minutes from Pema e Thatë. The "public" balcony was nice to relax. The outside area is filled with nice flowers and statues and a shower to clean your feet. Owners always present and greeted us with a smile. They even cleaned and made the beds when we were away at the beach.

Kitchen was missing basic equipment like wine glasses, small pot for boiling eggs and kitchen knife.

Truly a great place! The owners are incredibly friendly, and the housekeeper even changed the bed linen daily. The kitchenette had basic essentials like a kettle and a frying pan. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, and aside from the shared corridor balcony, we also had a small private one with a clothes drying rack. The owners also allow guests to use the washing machine. The property is literally 2 minutes from the beach – much closer than it looks in the photos! On the way there’s a small shop with food, toiletries, beach items, and a restaurant. This seems to be one of the few beaches with a large public area (no paid sunbeds or loungers). Beautiful sea view, too!

Probably the only small downside was the shower curtain. It’s definitely a big plus that the shower had a proper tray, unlike most similar places in this price range – but the curtain was awful. It kept sticking to the body while showering, which made it hard to wash properly. It also felt quite unpleasant, as it's likely not replaced or disinfected between guests. The curtain definitely needs replacing!

It was very clean and comfortable, the bed linen was good quality and changed regularly. The studio was very clean with good strong shower. The hosts made us very welcome

Lack of TV channels, hard pillow for me, soap from the bathroom, water drainage in the shower (when I was taking a shower, the water was difficult to drain)

Very clean. Great owners. The woman even washed out laundry. She was so friendly and welcoming. We would come back for sure.

Spotlessly clean. Couple who run it are absolutely lovely. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Has everything you need. Absolute bargain for the price

Perfect ! Great price for comfortable studio . Sea view from terrace shared by others . Shower curtains and all you need in kitchen . Strong WiFi if you need to work remotely . Big spacious parking and quieter location close to all attractions / beaches with walking distance

My AC did not have heating but blankets were available.

We had the best stay, the hotel is very beautiful new and clean, The bedroom is very spacious with the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows, and very very clean and fresh to sleep, the kitchen is a very good setup for cooking meals with all utensils available, the bathroom is clean and a fresh area as well, towels are changed often, we also have a private balcony where we have lots of our meals and coffees, as well we have a terrace where we relax with a ocean view, also all of the hotel staff are very wonderful friendly people ready to help us what we need, Next time in Albania (We'll be back for sure) Thanks Harvey & Angelika (the Canadians)

The owners of the accommodation were super kind and helpful, it was a pleasure staying with them. The hotel itself has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable holiday and it's great value for money!
