Fantastic location, big balcony with beautiful view. Wonderful family who own establishment. Very convenient to have access to a washing machine.

Lovely apartment in a central location of Saranda about 10 minutes walk to the boulevard. A supermarket is located in front of the apartment. Also restaurants, shops, cafe’s etc. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice and clean apartment with a beautiful large terrace with a front view of the sea and the city and see a beautiful sunset and the lights of Sarande at night. Free parking space.

Minor downsides: the shower had low water pressure and the sofa bed was quite hard and too short for a normal size adult. Also I missed a sun-bed on the terrace. But it’s more a suggestion, because I really recommend this apartment for two people (+small child)

Very nice and spacious apartment with good location and sea view, clean and with all appliances. The hosts were very cooperative and helpful.

We had a great stay at villa kostian. The room was big, very clean, well equipped, modern and the AC was fab. Alex had amazing communication and always made sure we were happy and catered for. He answered every querey with a smile on his face. Location was great - 20 min walk to Saranda centre! The only thing was you could hear music from a nearby beach club at midnight.

The hosts were really nice and helpful to our needs, the apartment is beautiful and spacious and over looking the sea, close walk to shops and restaurants and bars and lots of beach choices, I will definitely stay here again

This is a very nice area of Saranda, there are lots of different shops and restaurants nearby and there are also some nice beaches really near the villa. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable, everything there has been organised with love and care for the guests of the villa. The owners are a very friendly, attentive and kind family, always ready to help at any time. I am very grateful to Violeta and her family for their care and wonderful holiday in their villa. I recommend this villa to everyone! I will be back to this villa on my next visit definitely!

Liked absolutely everything and the flat exceeded all my expectations.Very caring and friendly family, the flat and the kitchen is fully supplied with everything you may need, loved especially a big terrace and the amazing sea view! Supermarket and a bus stop is right opposite the building and everything else in walking distance as well. Definitely will recommend to everybody and hope to come back myself soon, too!

Not enough time to enjoy my stay!

Amazing place! Amazing staff! They were super helpful, friendly and honestly did everything right and perfectly. Made our stay there even more amazing. I would definitely recommend. ☺️

Central location, super nice family who were more than helpful in every way

Everything, very kind and attentive family helping in everything they can. Property super clean, spacious and with amenities. It has a bit of an old aesthetic but I think it adds to the cozy vibes.

Just a minor thing, the ensuite bathroom shelf was stuck together with tape but just very minor.

The apartment is in a good location, near the beaches (but private), although a bit father from the promenade, but within walking distance. A lot of small shops, restaurants around. The apartment was very clean, newly furnished, with a large terrace. The hosts were very caring - the room had everything needed for vacationers, and more… We are grateful to Violeta, who was very kind and also took care of the cleanliness of our room. We recommend this apartment, we would definitely come back.

Exceptional, everything. We had absolutely everything we needed, even washing machine, iron for clothes, kitchen facilities, rven beach towels- everything new and in excellent state. Kostian, Alex and their mom were the best and supported us with everything. I want to thank them personally for their kindness and I hope I did not cause trouble for them, as by confusion I checked out one day earlier. I will not get into details here, but these people are amazing! I wish them all the best and I fully and wholeheartedly recommend their place!❤️❤️❤️

Nothing not to like

Unë dhe kushërira ime qendruam 3 netë në këtë shtëpi. Gjithçka ishte si në foto. Pamja që të ofronte shtëpia me pozicion nga deti ishte fantastike. Mund të bësh gjumë të qetë, nuk ka zhurma, nuk mungon asgjë si brenda dhe jashtë shtëpisë, dyqane, kafeteri, lokal nate. Plazhi privat apo publik është i arritshëm në këmbë. 10 euro çadra me dy shezllone tek Hotel Blue Bay, ku kaluam shumë bukur, pasi ishte qetësi dhe pamja relaksuese. Eksperienca ishte shumë e bukur, përsa i përket shtëpisë gjithçka ishte perfekte dhe zonja Violeta u tregua shumë e gjindshme dhe e sjellshme.

Ajo që më vjen keq është se për 1,7 km rrugë nga terminali deri tek shtëpia, më duhej të paguaja 2000 lekë (20 euro) nga zotëria që menaxhonte shtëpinë dhe sigurisht që i pagova. Më shumë se për shpenzimin e kësaj shume më vjen keq sepse ky abuzim që bëhet me turizmin në Sarandë, fatkeqësisht do të ndikojë në vazhdimësinë e tij.

The location was amazing with a phenomenal view of the sea and sarande from the balcony. We were just a 15 minute walk from the main port area, directly opposite a small supermarket and just round the corner from some really great restaurants, including our favourite restaurant of the whole trip 'Arja's fish restaurant'. Violetta brought us breakfast to the room one morning which was a delightful surprise and absolutely delicious. The hosts were very kind and welcoming yet also respectful of our privacy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good cooking facilities, wifi, hot water. We had everything we needed (and more) for our one week stay. Thank you to Violetta and her family.

There is nothing we didn't like, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for more.

The place is very beautiful, clean, big space and storage space, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Air conditioning in every room, big balcony, parking space. It's very close to a few markets and a lot of restaurants. The hosts are very very kind and politely, helped us with everything we needed. We are definitely recommending this place.

Everything was perfect: cleanliness, location, equipment, view. The apartment was new and well equipped. The price-quality ratio was excellent: Violeta was friendly and cleaned the room during our stay. We recommend.

Everything was perfect: The kindest hosts who directed us to places of interest, Cleanliness, location, parking, equipment, view. Everything was shining. They even treated us to a home cooked breakfast which was delicious.
