One of our favourite stays during the holiday. We requested a castle view room which was gorgeous at sunset. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty and the room was very clean and spacious. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Honestly, nothing! The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but they provide clear instructions for nearby free parking, which worked perfectly for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated family-run hotel. The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with a lovely view of the charming street lined with shops. Breakfast was a highlight – everything was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice, made-to-order omelets, and a homemade pie that was simply amazing. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again.

It should be 11/10 it was great stay, amazing view, location, amazing breakfast and staff. They served 5*+ botique hotel experience. The room was super clean, newly furbished, but with nice local touch. I would come back only for this property. One of the best stays I had in a whole country. Highly recommended.

Probably the best hotel in all Krujë!! The Castriota family is so friendly and welcoming, we truly felt like home. The rooms are big and the view is amazing. The breakfast is really good and they use local products. Will definitely be back!

Everything!! There was nothing to dislike. The host and owner, Kastriot, was a lovely man, amazing host and very helpful, from letting us in at 3am (as some flights arrive into Albania after midnight), carrying our (heavy) bags up the stairs and into the room, to serving us coffee and breakfast in the morning.Very knowledgeable gentleman, speaks Italian and some English and Greek, as well as Albanian of course, was a breeze to communicate. The place was super clean, the views from the balcony are amazing, words cannot describe it, comfy beds and decent size shower. Wifi is fast and reliable, working tv with lots of channels. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, we got full and was still a bit of food left, top quality and fresh items on offer. Clearly lots of local products are used and the eggs are too notch. The coffee was some of the best we've had in Albania over our many trips. We didn't need to park a car, but they do have parking available. You are right in town and everything is walkable.

This is certainly NOT a drawback of the hotel, but if you are a light sleeper, be aware that the mosque is right next door and, as is customary, there are also calls to prayer. For us, it was ok.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, with a beautiful view of the castle from the window and overall a stunning view. The bazaar was just a few steps away. The host was an extremely kind, helpful, and warm man. The young man ;) who also served us was great. Wishing you success! Before arrival, we received a detailed Google guide to the free parking spot, which was very helpful. The common problem in accommodations — bad pillows — was NOT the case here. The pillow was comfortable as well. Breakfast was absolutely superb, superb!

What a gem! Classic and beautiful hotel! Super clean, modern and comfortable. The owner went out of his way to provide a very generous vegan breakfast for us and he was accommodating in every respect. The location is perfect in the lively and colorful bazaar year the street was quiet. Parking is free just up the street so that is convenient. Communication prior to arrival was great. We got clear instructions how to park. I give the hotel Vila Castriota 10/10!

A charming hotel in the heart of Kruje. Mr Kastriot(hope I got the spelling correct) and his staff were very friendly. The room was lovely and the bathroom modern. We had amazing views of the castle, Kruje city and the valeey from the balcony. Lovely breakfast spread. Parking is about 5 mins walk but you can drive up to the hotel to drop and pick up luggage. Great location and hosts.

New hotel located next to the bazar. Rooms are quite big and nice. It has an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast is very good. Staff very nice and friendly. There is no parking but you can park nearby (public parking for free). Definitely I would recommend it!!

Perfectly located with excellent staff who really catered for our every need. It was a short walk from the main attractions of Krujë and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, handmade with all fresh ingredients. They were very helpful in arranging our airport transfer and onward travel to our next destination. Very comfortable and well equipped and maintained room. We felt really welcomed and valued by people who really did everything to make our stay memorable.

Everything was perfect the room, with the cute balcony overlooking the bazaar, the location ideal right in the heart of the town, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and breakfast fresh orange juice, selection of meat and cheese, freshly made omelette to your taste, watermelon and a beautiful cake to go with the cappuccino.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, hotel and rooms were clean and in good shape. Views from castle view rooms were fantastic! Breakfast was super with fresh orange juice and freshly made omelette and other stuff. Free public parking was about 3min walk and we got nice and clear instructuons from hotel beforehead (parking house itself was not very nice, but that has nothing to do with the hotel).

Wonderful place to stay in a great location near the castle. Wonderful helpful staff. Great breakfast. Near many shops and restaurants. Epic views of the countryside on one side of the building and cozy balconies over the bustling street on the other. We had a magical time.
