The bathroom is a little small and the shower cabin has no door so the water was all over the place.

The location is just perfect, near de beach and restaurants. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The host waa very nice.

Beautiful hotel, very boutique looking room. Sea view was incredible and it's a 2 minute walk to Bora Bora beach. Ani was incredible and very pleasant. He couldn't do more for you. There's a mini market at the end of the road run by 3 ladies who are friendly and helpful. I could say more but don't have enough space. Ksamil is fantastic and we will be here again soon ❤️

We’re coming to the Bora Bora Hotel for the 2nd year in a row and were amazed by further improvements over the year. We got the best room in the hotel (huge thanks to Ani for our perfect room and for always being willing to help) to enjoy every beautiful sunset on our spacious terrace with the direct seaview. The location is just perfect, right on the best beach of Ksamil, Bora Bora (thanks to Renato for always positive and seamless experience), just a couple of minutes of walking away from best parties and restaurants of the city. The service in the hotel is just great! The owners are really taking care of everything and focused on continuous improvement. We were totally enjoying amazing authentic breakfast in the hotel (thanks Mira for always delicious dishes with unique local flavour) and Barista-made coffee (can you imagine, barista made coffee every morning for your breakfast on a beautiful terrace?) - huge thanks to Mario for our daily 2 rounds of delicious cappuccino:)) Cleaning in the rooms and in the hotel was absolutely impeccable!!! The cleaning team was doing a really great job every day! Highly recommend to enjoy the best of Ksamil!

Shower experience was bad, its not just this hotel Albanians love prioritising looks over functionality, water was splashing everywhere and you have to pretty much clean up the whole bathroom after showering. (That said, they do clean the room everyday) also I wish they added a kettle with some tea and saches of coffee to the rooms) other then that , really nice place to stay

Everything was new, nice smelling and very clean. Location is really good, it's in the centre of all you need. Beach, shops bars etc. Anis made our stay special by he took care of us every morning with breakfast and was always very friendly polite and greeted us with a smile every time. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend this place + it has free parking if you are driving.

There were not allocated sun beds for the people that stayed on the hotel. The Bora Bora beach staff were very rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me 2500 lek to use the sun-beds after 6pm 😡. After they had already collected from the one before which have left

Missing any available room or facility for late check out, gastronomy was ok just missing heaters for scrambled eggs or sausages, also civets to protect food against flies
