We loved the hotel! It has a very family-friendly atmosphere, and the place is clean and modern. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The family who runs it are so lovely, always willing to help whenever needed. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was great. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and markets around.

The room and pool were clean and as described. Breakfast was nice, and hosts kindly made us a takeaway box for the morning of our early flight. Parking has two options, if you're not using the car actively, then there's private parking inside. If you're using the car, then park outside the villa fence. We chose the latter, and our car was safe outside.

Great family hotel, breakfast was delicious, close to the shops, 2 min walk to beach ⛱️. The pool was very nice to cool down . Super family , very friendly and family atmosphere.

Everything was perfect husband and I had an amazing time love the room it looked clean and beautiful I loved the pool always clean breakfast was delicious and 1 min walk from beach thanks to the owners for making us feel comfortable we will come back next year.

Very nice family that runs the hotel. We had to leave early for our flight and they even gave us some breakfast for to go. Super kind. Everything else is nice and clean. Very chill pool!

1st of all - the breakfasts were delicious! wide range of food, literally evertything that we have tried was tasty. Secondly, the hosts were very friendly, carrying and helped us with the accomodation and other things. The stay was very comfortable. It's located very nearby the promenade of Durres (walking distance, however you need to be careful once crossing the main road). A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a swimming pool available. Not the biggest one, but enough to get some chill and relax if you need it. All in all, i'd definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in Durres. Good value for money, very friendly and a bit outside of all the noise & crowd.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this small family run hotel . The family are lovely & so friendly & happy to help with anything . The hotel is very clean - beds are super comfy & love the fact there are mosquito screens on each window. & balcony doors . The breakfast is wonderful & changes slightly every day so you don’t get bored . Nothing was too much trouble . The location is only a stones throw from the main road and beach - but with the added bonus of being in a quiet area to get away from the noisy beach front . Thankyou so much we had a wonderful Time .

The shower was not hot in the morning (I’m the type of person that loves my hot showers but that didnt happen but was hot on the last day somehow, this isn’t really a bad thing I think the electricity goes off at some point lol, the break fast could be better as well

Rooms are very clean and comfy and within 200 metres to the beach. The pool was small but enough to swim and cool down from the extreme heat. This family run hotel is worth every penny spent. Although there was a good breakfast there was no food served throughout the day but I'll still rate as 10/10.

Hotel Villa Ata was an amazing place to stay in Albania The personnel were really lovely and welcoming the breakfast was super amazing they had a place for a parking close to the beach and local commodities Amazing

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience at this family-run villa. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, warm, and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every morning, a delicious breakfast was prepared with a great variety of foods—always fresh, tasty, and filling. The villa itself is beautifully maintained. Our bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable. You can tell that a lot of care and pride goes into running this place. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and well-kept place to stay.

Overall really nice stay, breakfast was served outside and therefore difficult to keep cool and keep bees away from the buffet. It was okay. The pool was really nice and the location was top!

Lovely hosts and really comfortable accommodation! We enjoyed everything about it. Beach life , shops, restaurants and entertainments were all nearby only 3minutes walk away. Would love to go back to stay here again :).
