The room and pool were clean and as described. Breakfast was nice, and hosts kindly made us a takeaway box for the morning of our early flight. Parking has two options, if you're not using the car actively, then there's private parking inside. If you're using the car, then park outside the villa fence. We chose the latter, and our car was safe outside.

Everything was perfect husband and I had an amazing time love the room it looked clean and beautiful I loved the pool always clean breakfast was delicious and 1 min walk from beach thanks to the owners for making us feel comfortable we will come back next year.

1st of all - the breakfasts were delicious! wide range of food, literally evertything that we have tried was tasty. Secondly, the hosts were very friendly, carrying and helped us with the accomodation and other things. The stay was very comfortable. It's located very nearby the promenade of Durres (walking distance, however you need to be careful once crossing the main road). A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a swimming pool available. Not the biggest one, but enough to get some chill and relax if you need it. All in all, i'd definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in Durres. Good value for money, very friendly and a bit outside of all the noise & crowd.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this small family run hotel . The family are lovely & so friendly & happy to help with anything . The hotel is very clean - beds are super comfy & love the fact there are mosquito screens on each window. & balcony doors . The breakfast is wonderful & changes slightly every day so you don’t get bored . Nothing was too much trouble . The location is only a stones throw from the main road and beach - but with the added bonus of being in a quiet area to get away from the noisy beach front . Thankyou so much we had a wonderful Time .

Rooms are very clean and comfy and within 200 metres to the beach. The pool was small but enough to swim and cool down from the extreme heat. This family run hotel is worth every penny spent. Although there was a good breakfast there was no food served throughout the day but I'll still rate as 10/10.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience at this family-run villa. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, warm, and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every morning, a delicious breakfast was prepared with a great variety of foods—always fresh, tasty, and filling. The villa itself is beautifully maintained. Our bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable. You can tell that a lot of care and pride goes into running this place. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and well-kept place to stay.

Overall really nice stay, breakfast was served outside and therefore difficult to keep cool and keep bees away from the buffet. It was okay. The pool was really nice and the location was top!

A great family run hotel a couple of streets back from the beach. Bed was very comfortable and pool lovely. The whole place was well maintained with lots of flowers. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of street parking nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa ATA! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast — it was different every day, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. It really made each morning something to look forward to. Absolutely everything. It was a beautiful oasis in an urban jungle. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk to the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. It's run by a lovely family who were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and everything was spotlessly clean. They all take pride in their hotel. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.
