The villa is away from all the noise and fun at the main area of Ksamil, so its a nice Airbnb to sit back and relax and enjoy the aesthetics and serenity of the streets of this lovely town in Albania. Although, it is fairly small, the facilities were very clean and modern and I was satisfied with my stay here. The family hosting this villa Airbnb were lovely people! They were very kind, very easy to talk to them and inquire about queries of the Airbnb and about the town itself. Overall, I had a lovely stay here in this wonderful villa and is 10/10!

It would be nice to offer a small shampoo but not so necessary.

Excellent for the price. There is a market nearby to buy everything you need like water, shampoo or something. A few meters away you can buy breakfast by the pool and 5 minutes walking to the main beach where the beach bars are located. Very safe area, people fluently speak English and Greek also.

It was very close to the beach, the host is amazing and really nice, the apartment in modern and clean, they cleaned the apartment every 3 days. If you’re in Ksamil you have got to stay in this apartment!!

The hosts were absolutely lovely and there to help us with anything we needed. The room was spectacularly clean and it was such a nice atmosphere to be in. The location was amazing, close to every touristic places in Ksamil and the beach. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price. Will definitely return whenever i visit ksamil again!

Great location, calm and chilly. Very clean and have everything you need for comfortable stay. Very friendly owner, told us lots about Ksamil and what we should visit. Bed was soft and fresh, what made me sleep like a baby. Has a parking on side and some coffee shops for early breakfast. The villa located slightly on top of the hill, which gives you the opportunity to have a nice view of Ksamil especially at evening time.

Fantastic new accommodation (built 2020). Spacious, bright and modern, scrupulously clean with a great shower room. Air con included (linked to the balcony door so it switches off if it is open). Owner is friendly, doesn't speak much English but uses Google translate. We had a good chat over a couple of drinks with him one evening! Great quiet location close to restaurants, bars and shops. We loved it.

Like almost all of Albania there is no separate shower stall or shower area, the nozzle just sprays into the middle of the bathroom. Make sure to take out the bathroom tissue or else it will get soaked. Water pooled and spilled everywhere, even with the door closed, the puddle leaked out into the bedroom. According to an Albanian coworker, this is common in Albania. I would recommend to the owner to attach some kind of barrier to the bottom of the bathroom door to prevent the puddled water from leaking into the bedroom.

spanking new property, spotless, beautiful high-tech -- So high tech that I didn't know how the AC worked - it's rigged to only turn on when all the windows and doors are shut. Owner did not speak English well but he used Google Translate and communication was surprisingly easy.

It was in very good location, brand new and extra clean. It was a great commodity to really have a parking at the property, secured with nice gate. Balcony and kitchenette with everything you need, nice big fridge. Just take your own hairdryer and you are good.

Starting from the apartment, the room is comfortable, enlightened, clean and provides of all the necessities for the stay (free air conditioning, fridge and freezer, a large closet and a cute balcony). Also, It is really close to the centre (less than 5 minutes walking) and to all kinds of bar, groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco shops and info points. The hosts are nice and available for any necessity or complain and the rooms are cleaned every two days. I definitely recommend this beautiful place, I had such an unique stay.
