Everything about villa Ague Kapo was faultless. Location was central but set back to be private and peaceful of an evening. The pool was a great addition to a beautiful well looked after property. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the family they were all so welcoming and thoughtful. Breakfast was always so thoughtfully made and ready as soon as we were awake. The property means a lot to the family and this shows with all their attention to detail we thank you for a lovely stay.

Can not say, I did not like it : the party vibe in the air. It was everywhere, but in midnight silence took place. So it was OK.

Cozy place in the beating heart of action. Like an island in very active party town. Stay was comfort, private, hosted by extremely caretaking family. Hosts were friendly and always there, when needed. Parking (always trouble)was arranged in yard and very convinient. Private pool, deep enough. Corner in pool for smaller.

This isn’t a criticism, just a small suggestion. While the crochet parasols are lovely, a few with more solid shade might be a nice addition by the pool, especially during very hot days. We happened to be there during a heatwave, so a bit of extra cover would have been really welcome

The location in Ksamil is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to everything you need. This is a family-run business, and it’s clear they work incredibly hard to maintain the building, gardens, and pool. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and supported. The apartments are simple but spotlessly clean, with excellent air conditioning, a small hob, fridge, and kitchenette if you prefer to cook. The breakfast served each morning is lovely. They also run a craft workshop and store with beautiful handmade souvenirs.

There was absolutely nothing not to like. Everything was perfect for our stay in Ksamil.

The property was in the centre of town, close to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was run by a wonderful family who made us feel so welcome. Suzanna, her daughter Deniza and son Radi were exceptional hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning that was served to us on our terrace.

The place itself is amazing. We really had a great time and felt very welcome by the hosts/family from the very first second at Villa Agur Kapo. Furthermore the place was beautifully renovated recently and everything was in great condition. We especially enjoyed the outside sitting area and the pool.

There’s nothing to complain about. The property was spotless and well looked after. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but all round great.

The owners of the property were so charming and hospitable they couldn’t do enough to look after us. Home cooked breakfast with fresh produce and homemade jams were a very pleasant surprise and the best food we had in Ksamil.

Our room was a bit small for 2 people, we had to store our suitcases in the back of our car. But as far as I heard, our room was the smallest - the others are bigger.

Having cooking facilities was great as we saved ourselves some money by not eating out. The location is nice with the beach and shops not too far away. The family were so friendly and helpful, they were the highlight of our stay. We felt very looked after and part of the family for the week!

I think this has to be the best place to stay in Ksamil. I booked after reading previous reviews and was pleased to see they were all very accurate. The place has a great location, close to restaurants and beaches, and quiet at night. Delicious breakfast every day and the room always very clean. Suzanne and her family are wonderful and caring people, they helped me with everything and made me feel at home. I feel really lucky to have found Villa Agur Kapo and I definitely want to stay here every time I come to Ksamil.

Suzanne and her children are truly so welcoming and very kind. One of the most kindest host we have ever stayed with. The breakfast was superb with local fruits she grows and eggs produced from her farm. Her children are really kind and her daughter is very knowledgable about Ksamil. Her son is also very caring and helped us move our car. It was a pleasure to stay at their villa. The room was spacious with kitchen. She is very relaxed with what time breakfast is which is very kind especially if you want to sleep in. It was very easy to find the villa and there was parking available in the villa. The villa is very close to all of the beaches and restaurants, but was still quiet. Anyone coming to Ksamil should stay with Suzanne! She truly cares about your experience.

I wish I had known the place was all hand built! They also have a small gallery at the front of the villa where they sell their art. The whole family are artists! I wish I had known this, because I would have chosen to stay here in a heartbeat just because of that fact.

This was one of the most incredible places we stayed in all of Albania. Our hosts Suzanna and Deniza were very kind, helpful and generous. The breakfast each morning was more than we could eat, and very delicious and home cooked, with jams made from fruit in the garden and eggs from their village. The whole villa was hand built by Suzannas husband, the garden created and cared for by Suzanna. You get your own private outdoor seating area, patio and garden view. Our unit was spacious and had everything we needed with the hosts in their own separate house upstairs. In the busy Ksamil, if you are lucky enough to have seen this place, you will not regret staying here. It is peaceful, beautiful, a few minutes walk to MANY wonderful beaches and very good value for money.

Location is perfect, close to the beach and to shops/restaurants and bus stop as well. Even tough it is central location but the apartment was quiet during the night. The apartment was really clean, towels and linen provided. Wifi was working really well! Quick and easy communication with the host, who is really nice! Stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 5 people. I’d definitely stay there again! Thank you Susan!
