The hotel we like which was a family run business, they were very polite, kind and approachable.

The water smelled bad and the toilet seat is not the right measurement to the toilet itself, it made really uncomfortable to use it.

The location of the hotel was walking distance to all beaches. It was also close to the center. As a family with 2 children, it was a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. We left happy 🙃

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It's a charming, family-run place with warm and attentive management that makes you feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – a great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay. .

No lift, bit expensive for us since we booked in last minute.

On our last day we had an early check out. Sandwiches were ready.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Jona was especially lovely – she greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

The building is brandnew, there are good restaurants, supermarkets and beach nearby.

The location is great, and the host family are so nice. We asked lots of questions about the transportation, tourist attractions, exchange money, and laundry, they are so willing to answer those. The room is clean and just like the picture on the Internet, it is really a great place to stay!!!

We came to see them again after 6 , the same welcoming loving family that is always there for you when you need them. Really good services !!! We will come back whenever we can🫶💯

It is a family hotel. Their approach was really praiseworthy, helpful in every situation. They gladly fulfilled our every request. Thank you very much! Our stay was so comfortable. The room was very nice, including breakfast, we were missing nothing really. The location is very near the center and like 10-15mins walk to the beach. We have appreciated that the villa is offering the sunbeds on the beach for the fair price, the spot is nice as well. I recommend this villa to everyone.

The property is very clean and it is in a great location local to everything but also out of the way if you prefer a quieter location away from the main streets. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. They made sure to go out of their way to help us in any way possible. Thank you for such an amazing stay and making our holiday all the best! 10/10 stay, I definitely recommend!!

Small option breakfast but not big deal

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly felt taken care of.

Everything! The family who run it. The rooms are so clean and spacious with everything you need. Breakfast is cooked fresh for you and delicious. Just love it! Super close to everything but also in the quieter part of Ksamil which is a huge win!

Not the hotel's fault but Ksamil does allow it's clubs to play very loud music until 11.30/midnight so be prepared.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the beaches, restaurants, shops and bus stop. The rooms were modern and comfortable with mini fridge, kettle, slippers, hair dryer, air conditioning, toiletries. There was a nice breakfast provided free on the roof top terrace each morning between 8am and 10am. This was a typical Albanian breakfast of eggs, bread, fried bread, toast and jams, Albanian donuts, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, juice, coffee, tea etc.

The only thing wrong with the hotel was that I did not get a decent nights sleep on either of the nights we were there. I was on the fourth floor which is directly under the fifth floor roof terrace. At 4.30am both days I was woken by loud shouting, dropping of utensils and scraping of furniture coming from the kitchen on the roof terrace so presumably this was the hotel owners/staff. On the second night my friend on floor 3 was also woken by this commotion. The owners really need to consider how noise carries at night and be more considerate of their guests who are trying to sleep especially as the hotel rules told us to be quiet during night hours.
