The bed is not really comfortable, 5/10. They offer parking but taking your key to move it when needed. The apartment is above a big restaurant and you must pass through it to get in. There is a very loud bar in front that plays music till midnight every day.

Nice apartment in a very central location. there is a small kitchen to cook if needed. The hostess is very responsive and helpful, with everything. The bed was squeaking and they came to fix it immediately.

We were not used to the shower with no doors, so basically the entire bathroom gets wet. But not a huge deal.

Centrally located so we really enjoyed staying here. The room was tidy, we had to walk up one floor, and a solid option if you're looking to stay somewhere that's not very expensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vila Spiro. It’s a small, family-run hotel that’s clean, cozy, and in a great location—close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful.The family who runs it is super friendly and helpful.Cristina helped us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay that feels like home, I definitely recommend Vila Spiro!

Small bathroom and small wardrobe, as it can be seen in the pictures.

Located in the center, close to the beach and our favorite restaurants. On the ground floor is Momento restaurant with very good food (delicious clams and pizza) at affordable prices. The rooms are well soundproofed and in the evening you can't hear the noise from the surrounding restaurants. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Market across the street. Cristina and her family are perfect hosts and we thank them for their hospitality. Free and safe parking space available at the property

Cristina was very friendly and concerned about communicating in advance. The room has a small kitchen, a private bathroom and a private balcony. all spaces were cared for and clean. In addition to the room, you can expect a very friendly and attentive restaurant team, with a good selection of dishes to suit all tastes and a great mussels casserole! in addition to being super close to public bus stops and 5/10 minutes from beautiful beaches. Really recommend it 🤗

The place is overall nice. It has a great location, kind hosts, a friendly atmosphere, a free parking place for guests, and comfortable rooms and beds. There is a supermarket nearby and the restaurant below has amazing traditional Albanian food. Even though we needed to ask for the key to the parking place anytime we went in and out, it wasn't a deal breaker.

I recently had the pleasure of spending my holiday at Vila Spiro and I can say overall I am very satisfied, from the cozy elegantly decorated rooms to the cleanliness and central location I recommend Vila Spiro to all those who are looking for an accommodation in Ksamil.The people were very nice, hardworking, and warm-hearted. They put a lot of effort into making their guest feel comfortable and taken care of! Also a bonus tip was the restaurant they had on the first floor.There we had nice traditional dishes at reasonable prices.

It is close to the beaches and central streets!

The shower right beside the toilet seat is very tight. A few itens at the kitchen like oil and salt could be available, I personally left full tubs of them and I'm pretty sure most of the tourists do the same, so it could be reused.

The location is perfect. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The balcony is a plus, specially with the views of the blue moon. The host is very approachable and helped us to get a transfer. There is a good supermarket in front and restaurant downstairs.

First of all the property location was in the best position as everything you will ever need was within reach. Secondly and most important the property owns a huge parking which in Ksamil is really needed , it saved us money and time. The rooms were comfortable and had all the utilities needed.The staff was really friendly and were there to help you for everything you needed. To return without a doubt!
