I would have liked somewhere to hung up my clothes. The access is difficult if you don’t have a car as it’s a steep incline. Also steps up to the room. But I guess that’s the price for a decent view.

Beautifully appointed room with some interesting and quirky arty decorations, paintings and musical instruments. Good shower and there’s a fridge. I found the bed comfortable. The breakfast was served on the private terrace and was homemade and fresh and very tasty. The sea view is breathtaking and every evening an incredible sunset! There are beaches accessible along the coastline as well as good restaurants.

The rooms are very characteristic and offer a great view! It‘s more quiet than most other hotels and the staff is very friendly and familiar. Breakfast 10/10!

The accessibility to the accommodation is a little challenging beeing on a very steep road. Also the stairs to the rooms are very very steep. This information does not appear on Booking.com

Beautiful view over the sea from the balcony that is more a terrace where breakfast is served. It is a great landscape in front of the eyes. The host family is very kind and hospitable and the daughter Greisi is very nice and speaks English very well. After we called because the GPS directions were confusing, they came by their car and led us to the accommodation. Parking is no problem.We spent one night and it was fine.

Very steep road to drive and not many parking spaces. None the less, it was a very comfortabel stay!

Too hard mattrace, my girlfriend suffered from the back pain afterwards. Unfortunately the experience from the great terrace was completely ruined by veery uncomfortable chairs, also the swing's seating was so hard that we could not even sit on it. The terrace table had the edges lifted so you could not put your elbows on it, strange design. A piece of wooden stool in the bedroom had a nail sticking off that and i scratched my foot by it. The shower corner had no shelves for the shampoo etc. so we had to use the fridge instead which was luckily standing nearby. The toilet smelled at times, i guess it had something to do with the pressure/drainage. The last which was not the best was very steep hill towards the hotel, only suitable for good drivers which i am so no problem :). Btw, they served no coffee at all for breakfast so i recommened to ask them before if they actually can..

Incredible view from the terrace, spacious terrace, pretty close to the seaside by a car, friendly and very helpful staff, whatever we needed, they tried to help. Good pressure in shower, fridge available, huge bed.

If you book the room here you should realise, that the beach is really far away from it. Approximately 20-25 minutes walk. There are two big dogs barking nearby, so I was afraid to walk there by foot. There was a steep climb to the hotel, but our sedan car overcame it easily.

The room is traditionally decorated which is interesting but the beds should be a bit more comfortable.

The hosts are very hospitable. Our apartment had a nice terrace with a great view of the sea - it was a real pleasure sitting there drinking good wine. Breakfast is homemade, fresh and delicious.

The bath is not very convenient since you get water all around it, but you have a normal shower in the bathroom too, so it's not that bad. Still, you should consider getting a room with only a shower.

Exceptional view! No matter what room you are in, you get an amazing view of the sea. They brought us breakfast every morning which was very good. Every room has some unique details like a piano or a historical element. The beds are big and comfortable. The apartment is really high on the mountain and the hike is very steep, and although the hike is worth the view, going by a car is the best and only option.

Very interesting interior design and amazing view! The family which owns the apartment was so nice to us. The breakfast offered by the property was very delicious, we enjoyed it a lot as well as the host’s hospitality. The place is situated outside of Vlore, there is no direct bus. The host picked us up after our arrival, so we didn’t climb to the hill, where the property is situated after tiring trip to Vlore. I would recommend to have a car for comfortable rest in this beautiful Apartament. However the view is worth it:)

We stayed here for just one night, but honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful — they genuinely cared about how everything was going and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was absolutely beautiful, decorated in a traditional Albanian style that gave the whole experience a warm and authentic feel. The view from the room was stunning, and to top it all off, breakfast was brought right to our door. The food was delicious — especially the honey cake, which was amazing! This place has such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real Albanian hospitality and a memorable stay.

The room is in a charming retro style with Albanian accents. The terrace offers a stunning view of the mountains, sea, and city. Breakfast is served on the terrace, plentiful and delicious. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They welcomed me with a bottle of water and homemade raki. They helped me in a difficult situation when I urgently needed to change euros. The beach is a few hundred meters away, but it's worth remembering that the first, unguarded, free access is to Kalaja Beach. Thank you for your kind hospitality and I recommend this beautiful place to everyone.

Finding the place was tricky. Once you realize you need to go off the main road to a little side road and drive up to the hotel, it's fine. It is steep but our rental car full to the brim with tons of luggage managed it fine. There are steps to carry your luggage up, we simply left our suitcases in the car and brought up overnight stuff as we were only staying one night. I would have liked more coffee with breakfast, but I didn't ask either - I'm sure it would have been available upon request. Suggestion, bring extra water and snacks because you may not want to leave once you get there.

Family run old school charm. These kinds of places are going extinct, places with unique style and quirky, artsy visual surprises lurking in every corner. First, the beds were kinger than king! I have never slept in such a huge bed, quite comfy too. Of course, the enormous picture windows which give stunning views of the wide ocean, mountains and islands. Don't miss the sunset from your balcony swing The air-conditioning worked great. The owners welcomed us with cold water and great hospitality. They live above the hotel, so when we asked for an extra pillow at 10pm, it was quickly delivered. There is the sweetest dog, Bella, my daughter spent a lot of time with. She is a darling girl who loves being pet and is very, very nice. Don't hesitate to go and say hello. The breakfast was plentiful and brought to the room to enjoy on the balcony. (See pic)
