Wonderful stay in a perfectly located apartment, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has a lively and welcoming atmosphere, with stunning sea views. Many thanks to the manager, who is truly professional: excellent communication, very responsive, and made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back as soon as possible.

Sewer smell in the bathroom

Everything was amazing. Amazing sunsets from the balcony. Friendly staff. On the 3rd day of our stay in the property was done cleaning and changing of beds and towels. After checkout, we could leave our luggage's as long as needed in the property downstairs.

Location is excellent. The free private parking is very handy. The view is amazing. Near shops, restaurants, clubs and street market. Very lively and everything is walking distance. One minute walk to the beach. The turquoise water when undisturbed.

The arrangement of the beds, no privacy for a couple. Aparrment is too small. Lack of cooking utensils. No fan and they want you to turn the aircon off when you go out, but it takes forever for the room to cool, a fan wouldve been so handy. Specially if youre seating on the balcony at night to deter mosquitoes. The beach is small and it gets really crowded. The water gets murky when its busy.

The host was nice and friendly. View was lovely from the balcony. All nice beaches and restaurants were close to the stay.

Apartments Neri is a great find right on the beach in Ksamil. The sunset views are incredible and it is the perfect pad to explore the area. Julian the booking agent was extremely helpful and gave us excellent tips on where to eat and drink. The owners were super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the apartment was excellent. Next to super market and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

It would be really nice to change the curtains to something darker as the apartment has no shades and the curtains are transparent. We woke up really early because of the light.

Fantastic panorama to Ksamil, directly on the beach, close to everything, nice room and very kind staff.

The personell was very kind and we really can not complain. The place is very clean, near the beaches and all restaurants.

However, the kitchen was so tiny that it was almost impossible to use it. In our apartment there were no table and chairs, and it was unpleasant to sit outside because of the hot temperature. The bathroom was also very tiny so that the floor got full of water every time we tok a shower. We understood why Booking shows no pictures of the bathroom. We got accepted a reservation for three adults (so that one had to sleep on a sofa in the tiny kitchen), but the place is confortable for two and no more.

The apartment is at the bottom of the sea and very close to the beaches. The view is also very nice

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. It is simple, there wasn’t a ton of space, but there was a couch, functional kitchen, and enough beds for all of us. At the price, it is great. We were able to cook as there is a stovetop, and plenty of kitchen supplies. The location was great with a one minute walk to the beach, and there was a good sized balcony with a table that overlooked the ocean. The hosts were a lovely family. They were very nice and helpful, very good communication over Whatsapp.

The bathroom shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, slightly inconvenient, but totally manageable.

Everything was perfect.
