Wonderful stay in a perfectly located apartment, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has a lively and welcoming atmosphere, with stunning sea views. Many thanks to the manager, who is truly professional: excellent communication, very responsive, and made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back as soon as possible.

Everything was amazing. Amazing sunsets from the balcony. Friendly staff. On the 3rd day of our stay in the property was done cleaning and changing of beds and towels. After checkout, we could leave our luggage's as long as needed in the property downstairs.

Apartments Neri is a great find right on the beach in Ksamil. The sunset views are incredible and it is the perfect pad to explore the area. Julian the booking agent was extremely helpful and gave us excellent tips on where to eat and drink. The owners were super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

It would be really nice to change the curtains to something darker as the apartment has no shades and the curtains are transparent. We woke up really early because of the light.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Next to super market and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

The bathroom shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, slightly inconvenient, but totally manageable.

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. It is simple, there wasn’t a ton of space, but there was a couch, functional kitchen, and enough beds for all of us. At the price, it is great. We were able to cook as there is a stovetop, and plenty of kitchen supplies. The location was great with a one minute walk to the beach, and there was a good sized balcony with a table that overlooked the ocean. The hosts were a lovely family. They were very nice and helpful, very good communication over Whatsapp.

- There was not always hot water - especially on the evenings. - The kitchen has no table nor chairs. - The hair dryer was not at the apartment, but there was one available upon request. - The only way to make coffee was with the "Albanian coffee pot". - Table ware is a bit flimsy. - No recycling. - There was only one power outlet in the kitchen, so we had to alternate in order to use the appliances. - The location as mentioned is great, but it can get noisy. - The bathroom gets all wet when shower is used.

+ The apartment was sparkling clean + recent built + all question/request was responded fast and very friendly + location is also wonderful, as the beach is just across street. + It was also great to be able to park our car at the property. + Since we stayed more than 10 days, it was great that our apartment was on the first floor.

The arrangement of the beds, no privacy for a couple. Aparrment is too small. Lack of cooking utensils. No fan and they want you to turn the aircon off when you go out, but it takes forever for the room to cool, a fan wouldve been so handy. Specially if youre seating on the balcony at night to deter mosquitoes. The beach is small and it gets really crowded. The water gets murky when its busy.

Location is excellent. The free private parking is very handy. The view is amazing. Near shops, restaurants, clubs and street market. Very lively and everything is walking distance. One minute walk to the beach. The turquoise water when undisturbed.

However, the kitchen was so tiny that it was almost impossible to use it. In our apartment there were no table and chairs, and it was unpleasant to sit outside because of the hot temperature. The bathroom was also very tiny so that the floor got full of water every time we tok a shower. We understood why Booking shows no pictures of the bathroom. We got accepted a reservation for three adults (so that one had to sleep on a sofa in the tiny kitchen), but the place is confortable for two and no more.

The personell was very kind and we really can not complain. The place is very clean, near the beaches and all restaurants.

For four people it is definitely small, with someone sleeping in the kitchen. The bedroom with 2 beds also is a bit cramped. The bathroom also is very small and the showerhead could not hang so you have to hold it (and it has a shower curtain). The bathroom also has the toilet in it and the drain is in the middle so after a shower prepare for wet feet if going to the toilet or wanting to brush your teeth. The beach that is close is completely packed with beds, so we ended up going to other beaches instead which are nicer (Laguna for more desolate, pema e thatë for more beachbar vibe).

Location is close to a beach and reasonable distance to center and nightlife, everything is walkable. And it is definitely a cheap place to stay. Also had parking which is nice.

All the things advertised weren’t available in the room. Not even the soaps. The host don’t speak English at all and whatever you ask them their answer is “we don’t have it”. They ask for the payment in cash which not something I was expecting.

The location was the best thing about the property and also the room was cleaned to a standard.
