Perfect location , few mins walk to central street with bars but quiet location. Hosts are extremely nice and welcoming

Amazing place to stay! The hosts are so nice, they are always there to help you. The apartment was big, bautiful, with everything you need. It is just a couple of minutes walk to get to the city center. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

Hosts were fantastic. They helped us park the car in a reserved spot outside their home and were waiting for us when we arrived. They also kindly offered to do some washing for us free of charge when we returned from hiking in Theth - we were very grateful. Location is great - only a 4-5 minute walk to the main streets with all of the bars and restaurants and a great atmosphere at night. The room itself is basic but clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable and they provide robes and slippers which is a nice added touch. There is a fridge if you want to keep your drinks cool and also AC and wifi in the room. Would recommend if you are visiting Shkoder.

You can hear the church bells early in the morning - this wasn't a problem for us as we were up early but might affect you if you were wanting a lie in!

We loved everything about the apartment, especially the size and the location.

The hosts were warm and welcoming and the room was spacious and lovely.

During our stay, there was an awful sewer smell coming from the bathroom which spread to the bedroom. This made it difficult to sleep and enjoy the lovely room. It was difficult to understand how the hosts missed this as the smell was very strong. It was impossible to get a different room as it is peak season.

Very clean and beautiful rooms, the best part is its location very close to the city centre and very friendly staff.

A very clean and comfortable apartment. Plenty of wardrobe space, a good-quality mattress and a large balcony/terrace. Both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen have ACs. Also, the apartment is located in an excellent area - very close to the center but on a quiet street. There’s also a private parking option which is quite rare to find in Shkoder.

After visiting the town's castle, staying in the apartment was the highlight of Shkoder.

An ashtray and a small chair in the balcony would be great.

People running this guest house were very friendly. A kind woman helped us back out of their parking area as the road is narrow. This was appreciated. Great value for the price. Two levels, two beds and very clean. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. This is a true gem and we enjoyed our stay!

A very spacious flat. The location was very good and within walking distance from the main attractions. The host allowed us to keep our suitcases until it was time for us to depart.

The bell of the church called very early in the morning.

What a beautiful, comfortable and quite place - everything is new - I slept like a rose here! Can only recommend 100%!!

Communication was great with the host. We did have a bit of trouble identifying the location but we communicated with the host through Booking.com and they came out to meet us outside. There was a young woman that checked us in both nights. We stayed there one night and then left to do the Valbone to Theth hike. We were able to keep our vehicle parked there that night and returned the next day following the hike. The vehicle was in a secure location. The unit was incredible clean, sunny and lots of space. We were very comfortable there. There was a washing machine so we asked for a dry rack which was promptly delivered by the sweet young woman. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't explore too much in the surrounding area as we were gone to do the hike but seemed very walkable to main areas of Shkoder. The people of Albania are so kind and we had a lovely experience at this guest house. Thank you for having us!

No complaints at all! We enjoyed everything about our stay at Villa Nela. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!

The host family was really amazing and so so helpful : our car broke down and they took care of finding solutions for us till we were taken care of, even despite all garages being closed at the time, they manage to contact people that opened one for us! The place was clean.

As we were 6 people, 2 had to sleep on the couch which was not openable so we wouldn't consider it as a bed. Still nice for one night. ;)

Very friendly hostess and a very clean room, quiet area and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay here.
