Absolutely everything was perfect! The owner with his family are perfect people and amazing team! If on booking we can rate 20, I will give 20 because service and cleaning is absolutely unique 👌🏼 On the breakfast 99% of all what you eat is a home made or taken from their area/land. Once again thank you very much Mr Ljuli.

The rooms were very fresh and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. The children had their own space to play without worry. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thanks to the Hosts, their commitment, and their help, this was our most wonderful vacation and we felt like we were visiting our friends. Luli and Emanu Ela - thank You so much for every moment we spent together.

Qendruam 2 nete tek Vila Marjana. Eshte nje nga qendrimet me te mira qe ne kemi hasur ne Shqiperi. Vila ndodhet pak larg nga qendra e Sarandes (3-5 min me makine) por per njerez qe nuk duan zhurmen, kaosin e qytetit dhe problemin e parkimit, eshte nje vend perfekt. Gjithashtu plazhet jane njesoj te aksesueshem. Ndertesa eshte e re , dhomat jane mjaftueshem te medha dhe arredimi i kendeshm. Vlen per tu theksuar pastertia. Mbi te gjitha , qendrimi behet me i kendshem nga mikepritja e te zoterve te viles. Njerez shume punetore dhe shume te dashur, na perkedhelen keto dy dite. Vleresimi maksimal per mengjesin e bollshem dhe cilesor me produkte lokale si qumeshti, vaji, frutat dhe perimet.

Do te sugjeroja vetem nje abazhur te vogel tek koka e krevatit duke qene se me pelqen te lexoj darkave ose mengjese kur te tjeret flene 🙂

Staying at Villa Markana was a truly special experience. It’s a family-run place, and everyone is incredibly warm and kind. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Just meeting people like them makes the trip even more memorable. A special thanks to Lucas for all the help and care! The breakfast is amazing, made with their own local products—fresh and full of flavor. The villa is in a peaceful spot, away from the chaos of downtown Sarandë, but still close enough to reach easily. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, genuine, and heartwarming stay.

The best stay we could have dreamed of! The cleanliness was top-notch! The rooms were beautifully cleaned every day, with fresh towels. It was a pleasure to return from the beach after a busy day. The host and his family provided a delicious breakfast and delicious coffee. They were very helpful, warm, and smiling. They even helped order pizza for the child in the room. We were a group of 13, and we were all delighted! We wholeheartedly recommend it, and we will continue to do so. See you soon! We absolutely loved our stay. The location was lovely (we were glad to be away from the very centre of Sarande, as it was much more peaceful), the room was great and the breakfast was excellent. However, above all, it was the owners who really made our stay special: they are really friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations for where to eat and what to do.

It was one of the best accommodations we had so far. The breakfast was unforgettable, everything was fresh, the vegetables from the garden, the eggs from the local farmers, all the ingredients were bio, it reminded me of my childhood when the food had taste. It's a lovely place and quiet, away from crowded areas and very well located. We had a superhost!!!

Everything was amazing.

We loved everything in the hotel. The host was very welcoming and gave us recommendations what to visit. Breakfasts prepared by Emanuela and her family with heart were so delicious and we loved the small donuts with jam (fruits from own garden), omelettes and desserts. I wish I had cooked with Emanuela so that I would know the recipe :) The room was spacious and super clean, besides it was cleaned every day, towels and bed sheets were changed. We had a perfect view on the mountain from the balcony and the hotel is not in the city centre, so the only "noise" we could hear were crickets singing in the garden in the evening, which made a great mood :) Although we arrived later than expected the family left keys for us, so that we did not worry about check-in. There is also a small parking in front of the vila, so there is no stress to find a parking lot (which is not easy in Saranda). I could not wish for a better stay and I can only recommend the place to everyone who wants to relax and spend time in a great family atmosphere. Once again - thank you <3

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Marjana. It provided the ideal hub to explore Sarandë and surrounding cities. The family running the business were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful - the epitome of Albanian hospitality. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and well-equipped - exactly as advertised. We had a really comfortable stay and you could tell that a lot of thought had been put into making the apartment welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring fresh, locally-sourced products (milk, juice, eggs, jams, fruit etc.). There was a variety of breakfast options to choose from which were beautifully presented and delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Villa Marjana and highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing staff who treated us like family, making our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. Each day, we were treated to a delicious array of fresh and locally sourced items, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to our days. Our room was another standout feature of our stay. It was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The attention to detail in the room’s design and comfort was evident, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, our experience at the villa exceeded all expectations. The combination of the exceptional staff, the delectable breakfasts, and the modern accommodations made our holiday truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a top-notch holiday experience.

I loved my stay at Vila Marjana. Wonderful family running a wonderful business. The service was great and honestly impressive, considering a few electronical hiccups we experienced in the apartment we stayed in. They wasted no time to make us comfortable and try to make amendments. Great parking space section overlooking the family's vegetable garden and bar. The family was very helpful with directions and suggested great places to visit. Breakfast was wonderful, too, with lovely choices to make, fresh juice, and fruit. I would definitely recommend Vila Marjana to friends and family.

Our stay at Vila Marijana was absolutely fantastic, making it the best accommodation experience we had in Albania. This newly built property offers all the modern facilities one could ask for. The room was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, with ample storage and a lovely balcony. The bed was sturdy and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the curtains did an excellent job of blocking out the early morning light, allowing us to sleep in comfortably. Breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to our day. The location of Vila Marijana is also perfect – not far from the main city center, yet far enough to offer a peaceful and serene stay. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts, Emmanuella and Luca. They were incredibly welcoming and took wonderful care of us, providing thoughtful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. Their warmth and kindness made us feel right at home, transforming our stay into a genuinely memorable experience. Overall, Vila Marijana exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albania.

Delicious breakfast, the host is very kind, terrace with amazing view, clean and fresh rooms.

The view is just breathtaking and I prefer it to the seaside. The hosts are extremely friendly and they are dedicated to theirs guests. The breakfast is home made and it is huge. It is very close to the city castle with good restaurants on the way there.

The place is being run by a nice family and they are very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious! The rooms were spacious and very clean! Everything was great, I totally recommend this accommodation!

I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel owned by such nice people!! The entire family is really sweet and caring. Rooms are suuuper new, cozy and comfortable. And wow… the room view is breathtaking. They also serve an amazing breakfast cooked by themselves with everything you could wish for. You have parking spot at the hotel for guests, but they also helped us get a taxi :)

Best if you plan to rent a car. Taxi from city center to the hotel was 25€ at night although it is only ~2km away (uphill). The owner was nice enough to get us a taxi for 10€! :)

Lukas and his family are truly amazing people. We felt at home, the accommodation was gorgeous and the location was great for Saranda, top breakfast. If one day we return to Albania, we will definitely return to them. Thanks for everything
