the rooms are spotless. every morning the staff takes out the trash and brings new towels. the breakfast met expectations and was rich and delicious. the staff was very friendly and helped us with all the questions we had. the location is in the center and close to the larger beaches a few minutes walk. everything in the room is new and the bed is comfortable. all recommendations.

We stayed at this property for 4 days. At first, we had a problem with our room, but they handled it with understanding and resolved it immediately. The breakfast was great and offered a wide variety. The owners, a mother and son, were so sweet and helped us with everything. Although the hotel is within walking distance to the center and the beaches, we had no issues with noise at night and were able to sleep comfortably. Thank you for everything.

We had an excellent stay at this lovely apartment! It’s spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, and with convenient access to public transport. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from, including vegetarian-friendly choices. The host was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help and quick to arrange anything we needed during our stay. As a heartwarming surprise, we were gifted a delicious homemade cake when we checked out—a truly thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special.

The breakfast was absolutely ok. All stuff you need. Also, a lot of homemade food. 1O min by foot to the best beach in Ksamil- Bora Bora. Extremely clean and cozy place. The hosts were nice and helpful. I recommend this place 100%. We will visit it again.

Family-run hotel with the friendliest and kindest owners and staff who do everything to make your stay just perfect. Exceptional stay – the room was very modern, everything new and extremely clean, with daily cleaning keeping it spotless. Our room was on the first floor with an outside table in the shade for a relaxing drink or meal. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Ksamil Beach, with plenty of great and affordable local restaurants nearby. Breakfast was sooooo good - great variety of food - sweet and savory local pastries, different kind of eggs, fruits, etc. They happily provided everything we requested during our stay. It was a fantastic experience, can't ask for more - only recommend !

The only downside was that our room was on the ground floor, so it didn’t have a balcony or large window. As a result, the room was quite dark even during the day. But overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the kind hospitality.

Our stay was lovely, and the biggest highlight was definitely the sweet grandmother who welcomed us, explained everything clearly, and prepared the breakfast each morning. She made us feel right at home and added a very personal, warm touch to the experience.

We were welcomed very warmly and hospitably. The staff was friendly and kind. Our room was cleaned every day. The place has been recently renovated. The villa is located in a perfect spot — right in the center. All the popular beaches are nearby. There are plenty of different cafes close by. Here, you’ll feel just like you’re at your mom’s home — cozy and cared for. Overall, Albania is an incredible country that you’ll definitely want to return to. The hosts are kind and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ksamil! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate - everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better, with everything in Ksamil within a 10–15 minute walk. Whether you’re heading to the beach, restaurants, or local shops, it’s all super convenient. Our room was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed – air conditioning, a fridge, wardrobe, mirrors, and multiple lighting options to suit the mood. It was a lovely space to come back to after a day of exploring. Breakfast was included in our stay and was absolutely delicious. There was a great selection of fresh pastries, bread, cheeses, fruit, coffee, and juice – a perfect way to start the day. The hotel also had a crepe/desert cafe in it, which was fantastic and right on your doorstep. They sold cold drinks, coffee and deserts. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely family-owned villa with warm hospitality and a great attitude. Located in a nice area with quick access to restaurants, markets and nearby beaches. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony—it was a perfect spot to relax. Suggestions for improvement: The internet coverage in the room could be more reliable. A shower door would help prevent water from splashing out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Just excellent! The hotel was amazing, truly exceeded our expectations that were already high just by looking at the pictures and reviews! The hotel is in the heart of Ksamil were you can find the beach, bars, restaurants and anything just by literally walking 5 minutes. The hotel room itself has to be one of the most modern and new ones I’ve seen around the world, big room, super comfortable beds, super clean and everyday they were tiding it up! The staff was very polite and always helpful and fast when we needed something, parking was also free! Overall we had a truly unique experience with my fiancé having our best time in this hotel and the city of Ksamil! Would recommend it to everyone!

On booking the room title is "... Room with Balcony" so we expected that the room is on a higher floor and has a balcony but we received a ground floor room. We told this to the owner and he offered us an apartment at second floor without any charges. Very generous and kind, him and his mother.
