Perfectly clean, quite spacious, with totally new bathroom appliances. Located in a green and quiet area of Ksamil, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The host was welcoming and helpful. We can also recommend seafood restaurant just near the entrance to the property.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing! Very fair and reasonable prices compared to other places with even lower services. The location was excellent like 5 minutes walk to Principotes and 5 minutes to the city center. The rooms are brand new, equipped with a huge clean fridge, AC, hot water, Tv, and kitchenette with all its equipment. Parking available free too. I am definitely going to stay there during my next visit.

The place was great, the service AMAZING!!! They were always kind and friendly, also cleaned our room literally EVERY DAY. Our room was spacious with one king bed and a single bed (even if we were just two) and had a great balcony, tiny kitchen, fridge and new elegant bathroom, it also had air conditioning, TV and good WIFI! it was a 4 minute walk to the nearest beach but also near to a lot of shops, restaurants and atm. only thing is they don’t accept card, only cash, but it’s easy to find where to withdrawal money.

A lovely flat with a spacious room, a modern bathroom and a balcony. Very clean and tidy. The room is equipped with the air-contitioning, a large comfortable bed and a single bed with a good mattress and fresh bedding. The bathroom is beautiful with hot water and all necessary things. The owners are very helpful and kind. The location is good, a few minutes walk to the centre and walking distance to many beaches, shops and restaurants.

There is parking at the villa, but since the parking order was bad, I parked next to the villa. The air conditioner in the studio I was in blew directly on our heads, so we had to sleep on the reverse side. Unfortunately the TV didn't work because the programs couldn't be found, but even if it had worked we wouldn't have used it.

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the center. The owner is very nice and hospitable. The accommodation is excellent, the studio was clean, and they clean it every day. It has kitchen and kitchen utensils, a big terrace, a great bathroom and the studio is big enough. The villa also has a fish restaurant, which was full of guests every night.

We totally recommending the apartment to everyone, we enjoyed everything during our stay, the owner is super friendly and so kind helping anything you need and ask for, the room is cleaned every day they have great housekeeping services, the apartment is located in the heart of Ksamil walking to all nearby and great beach will take about 5-10 min and everything you need for your stay like supermarket, exchange, atm, is 5 min walk, they have a safe private parking which is really great if you use car, regards to the super nice owner and housekeeper, definitely will be coming back to this apartment whenever we visit Ksamil again.

The equipment had less cutlery, no dishsoap and sponges. The air conditioner blew on the bed, so unfortunately we both got cold in the end, even though we always turned it off and were careful.

The visit to the hotel was pleasant and friendly in a family environment. The building is located in a quieter location and about 3 minutes from the beautiful KAMAY beach and town. The room was large with a newly renovated bathroom. Cooking on a double plate was more difficult, but we managed to do it every morning. The rooms were always clean. Suddenly, the water was sometimes cold and we had weaker wifi. The owner always answered my various questions. A bonus of the stay is the "bar" located in front of the villa.

Pretty much everything was good, the only thing I can think of is that I would have appreciated if dishsoap and sponges were provided in the kitchenette.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was fully renovated and the beds were really comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach (Bella Vista) and 3-4 mins walk to the main street. The host was very friendly and helpful! I would stay there again in a heartbeat
