Amazing views over the pool, very helpful staff and beautiful beaches close by. Located in a little tranquil village of Lukove which is far from the madding crowd of other coastal towns.

Super swimming pool, 5 minutes sway from Bunec Beach (happily the sole not over-crowded beach on the Albanian riviera 😋). No more than 40 minutes away from Butrint or Porto Palermo, restaurants and supermarkets nearby in Lukove. Perfect place to rest and enjoy! Sunset is amazing

This property has an AMAZING view! The staff was super nice and attentive. You need a car to get to the beaches. The pool side here is nice as well. Ice cream is yummy too.

We had a smell in our bathroom but I think it’s more the location and the pipes. We just kept the bathroom door shut. It wasn’t that bad as we left the window open.

Hotel with an amazing panoramic view located on a top of a mountain. Certainly one of the greatest view we could find along the Rivera. Nice swimming pool with an incredible view- very quiet and peaceful as long as the kids are not too loud… otherwise it becomes very noisy. The hotel in general and the rooms are extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. We took the triple room which is great for a couple. On the first night we had the single room and we found it’s too small for a couple. The room we had was great, it had a balcony with a view on the swimming pool. There was a fridge (big), enough space for the clothes under the bed. The bathroom is too small. You’ll have the shower’s curtain constantly touching you whether you’re taking a shower or using the toilets… Also if you don’t ask, you’ll not get fresh soap from day three (!!!!) - which is the weirdest thing we ever saw on a three stars hotel. The lights of the room were way too white (hospital touch) and there was no bedside lamp. (!) Walls are a little too thin and corridors can be pretty noisy when people is not being careful in the morning. Despite those little missing details expected for a three stars hotel - we must say the room was great and we really enjoyed our stay at the VillaKafe hotel. Breakfast is rather simple but tasty. Nice coffee and nice wine. However, the staff should prevent better solutions against the bees : traps or burning coffee at the table - Numerous of them are flying around once you’re eating and it can be pretty disturbing. In conclusion we highly recommend this hotel - they simply need to adjust few things to be at the top.

We have stayed 3 nights at Vila Kafe. The location is unique. The cleanliness is excellent. The rooms have everything they offer and are very nice. The staff, the two ladies, are super friendly, they convey a lot of trust and tranquility. I recommend it!

A very clean, chic hotel with an excellent position on a plateau above the sea, a place with a superb panorama and a lot of peace. Very friendly staff, own sunbathing-recreation area with sunbeds, umbrellas, a well-kept garden and a well-maintained swimming pool with a very clean water. A place for which we gave up going on the beach. The kitchenette we had in the room, very helpful. Possibility to pay in Euros. The gift received from the hotel management that strengthened our feeling of well-being with which we left the hotel.

The hotel is far from the beach. We recommend using the car, if you don't want to spend hours walking, but the swimming pool, with everything it offers, could compensates for this shortcoming. The last approximately 300 m to the hotel, unpaved, we recommend to be done carefully. The triple room we stayed in had very little free space available, no wardrobe, no space for luggage (only on the floor) and a small and cramped bathroom. What bothered us the most was that, in August, the air conditioner didn't cool and was more like a fan.

Our 8-night stay at this hotel was incredible! The sea view was breathtaking, the swimming pool was amazing, and the place was spotless. The food and coffee were superb, and room service was top-notch. The spacious suite easily accommodated our family of five, and the balcony was a special treat with its stunning view. A truly unforgettable experience that combined luxury, comfort, and natural beauty in a affordable price I felt like home there

    Everything was excellent
