It was beautiful presented, the fire and hot tub were amazing, there is nothing I would change at all it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, the bed was so comfortable and the area it was in was so peaceful. We had an amazing stay, we were blown away with how beautiful the room was. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff were so welcoming and pleasant and would do anything for you, the breakfast was so tasty and extremely well presented. Perfect 10 out of 10 xx

it was great! There is nothing to complain about, perfect location, beautiful furnishings, very cozy with lights and decorations, there is everything you need. The breakfast is excellent! I have never seen anything like it, we had a whole buffet on the table, everything freshly prepared and homemade. Everything tasted great and I just kept eating when I was full because it was so delicious! The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely come back!

I wish AC was fully working and not just as a fan function. Would have been helpful if windows had screens to block insects(flies, bumblebees) from getting in.

The room suggested that it had a hot tub, we assumed this was a jacuzzi, but it was actually a bath. This was okay, I just think there was a language barrier and it did not effect our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was beautiful and the staff were helpful. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was out of this world! There was so much of it we took some for the road. We will absolutely be coming to stay again!

Vila Helen is a beautiful new boutique hotel in the lovely village of Voskopoje. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and has a lot of charm. The attached bar is also beautifully designed and decorated and lovely to sit and have a drink at. The breakfast included with the room was spectacular. We have done a lot of travelling in Albania and this was the best breakfast we have had! A huge variety of traditional dishes and pillowy soft petulla. We loved our stay at Vila Helen and were lucky to have fresh snow to play in.

Had an amazing stay at Vila Helen. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home. The level of cleanliness exceeded all expectations, everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was just perfect, a mix of delicious Albanian dishes and continental options, freshly prepared. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the fantastic quality-price ratio. Everything. Hotel looked fantastic in and out. Rooms were amazing , comfy , spotless clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of varieties. Staff were very helpful with a warm welcome and great smile. We were a family of 4 with two young boys , age 4 & 9. They loved it. Asking to go back already and we’ve just left.

Amazing Hospitality! From the very first moment you enter the property, there is a person who greets you at the entrance and escorts you to the reception. We got offered a free upgrade into one of their suites and it was OUSTANDING! Super spacious, tidy, it's got a jacuzzi and everything you can ask for. Breakfast of the highest quality of ingredients too. Just Wow! Highly reccomend it!!

We had a great time at Villa Helen. Everything was perfect! The room was brand new, shiny clean and so comfortable! It had everything we needed for our stay! The entrance of the property was so nice and peaceful! The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had in Albania! The staff was so nice and welcoming, something you can never find in the states. For the price we paid, this place was way beyond our expectations! Can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely come back when we visit Albania again!

We were in Voskopoja on a chilly, rainy day, which was actually ... perfect weather for this room! In the past, I might have asked why anyone staying in Voskopoja, of all places, would want a jacuzzi in the room, but I now understand that this was a misguided mindset. This room is huge, and a splurge for the area, but the ambience is extremely cozy, with a fireplace, lots of rugs, lots of pillows, etc. Very near the center of the village, friendly staff, and the breakfast was first-rate too.
