Size of apartment, lovely pool and location

Great .Clean room and atmosphere.Clean swimming pool.1/2 hour to Poda beach .Neat and clean .They waited for me until 1 am for checkin and also parking available.

The only problem is window is a bit open and people can see you from out I side .If no people it’s okay,we didn’t see anybody.

We loved everything! I can hardly think of anything that could have been better than it was. The host is extremely kind and helpful - we arrived at 23h (an hour late at that…) and she was waiting for us. All the apartments are new, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - including cooking oil, salt, sugar and coffee (I’m specifying because had we known this, we would not have made a stop at the nearby mini market at 22h45 :)) The same goes for the bathroom - towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper… There is air conditioning in both of the rooms. And the washing machine is a huge plus! The pool/bar area is amazing - especially if you have kids. And the view is simply stunning! Also, I know some people have found it a bit of a steep climb, but it wasn’t as bad as described. Sure, we are pretty sportsy, but even our 4 year old had no issues going back and forth from the property to the beach/town twice a day. All in all - a ten out of ten!

Lovely hosts Leda, made the stay a pleasure. Great villa and facilities, kitchen (oven, toastie maker, kettle, large fridge freezer and utensils) and washing machine, very clean, pool and terrace bar was a great addition. Lovely location, a bit of a climb in some places from the beach and town but allows for a lovely view over the bar.

The owner was very kind and helped us with info. The studio we had was well furnished and equipped with all we needed for a longer stay. The biggest plus was the pool area which we could enjoy the panoramic view to the sea ans Corfu island. Worth to mention the private parking also.

The host is amazing and helpful. We had good talks. It’s a beautiful place and I was happy to be back. Say hi to Fatih!

The apartment was excellent – cleanliness was 10/10 with absolutely no remarks. Both bedrooms and the living room had air conditioning, and the space was large and well-equipped. For the price, you really get great value. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a large family of up to six people. The host was a lovely, cheerful lady – very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the host. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended if you have access to a vehicle.

The only downside, which is beyond the host's control, is the location. It takes around 15–20 minutes to reach the city center on foot, and the roads are extremely steep. This place is not suitable for those with mobility challenges or physical disabilities. Thankfully, I had a rental car, which made things easier. Without a car, longer stays may be more challenging – but it's something you will see for yourself.

Very welcoming host, apartment had all the basics required and was clean. Rooftop pool was great at the end of the day for a dip to keep cool.

Only issue could be the location for anyone with mobility issues as its a steep walk back from the beach area.

A lovely host and a nice place to stay with a decent pool. The location of the stay was decent, 20 mins away from the Saranda beach (by walk).

Came with all amenities like kettle, cutlery and quick responses from Host.

It’s hard to reach and pool is inaccessible until April.

The Vila Floban & MIRDAR KOSHI has a beautiful view. It has a rooftop swimming pool. The owner is is friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The Vila on a hight so you need to be quite active as it's quite steep. But as its up high the views are fabulous.

The location is a 10 minute walk from the beach promenade and up the hills so it can be a bit sweaty.

Really nice apartment with great views and many areas to sit outside. Lovely cats around the place, where the owner takes good care of. Just a 15 minute walk from the ocean. Comfortable bed, airconditioning and good shower.

The pool is really small and you are only allowed to ise it between 9 and 21 o'clock. Would have loved to have an early morning or late evening swim.

A nice, clean, comfortable apartment. Parked our car outside and walked to and from town.

Walking back was uphill. But the apartment was lovely.

The location was a bit random.

Really lovely, spacious and well equipped apartment with balcony and sea view. We could see Corfu very clearly. Comfy bed, nice sitting area and decent air con. Washing machine was an added bonus. The pool area and roof terrace was very pleasant and necessary after the walk (see above). Leda is friendly and welcoming and obviously proud of her property. Excellent value for money but consider the location before booking.

The view from the terrace is lovely but there's a reason for that. The apartments are located a good 15 min, thigh burning and lung busting walk from the seafront. Maybe reconsider if you have any mobility issues and don't have a car, it's just not suitable. Also taxi from town/bus station a rip off at 15euro for 5 mins but no choice with luggage.
