The room is as the photos, so nothing we weren't expecting. It is just a bit old and odd, but for sleeping only, it perfectly attended our need.

Good value for money. Room was big, check in was easy, everyone from the staff is extremely friendly. Location is also good. 5-10min walk to the main beach clubs.

The staff went above and beyond -not only did they give incredible tips for quieter and beautiful beaches, but also ensured I had wonderful wifi for an online work meeting whilst there. Our balcony was a wonderful spot to start and end the day. The location is great - a short walk to the main area meaning it’s quieter at night.

The apartments weren't fully equipped for a whole self catering experience. However, when we asked for extras such as a kettle and toaster, they were happy to provide for us. I would recommend a small BBQ area for future. The pool bar was closed due to staff shortages, but this isn't the owners fault. It just would have been a nice luxury to have had.

The location was quiet but within good walking disrance to everything. The staff were lovely and super helpful. The apartment was quaint, the bed was comfortable, and the swimming pool was lovely! Apartments came with a fridge freezer, hot plate, and basic cutlery/diner ware. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Stairs are steep, slippy when wet and limited hand rails. Sometimes felt unsafe due to the weather we were having.

Central location for restaurants, bar, beach and supermarket. Staff ran through with google earth with recommendations and location to orientate us.

The room was quite basic and the facilities a bit outdated but we were told they will be refurbished soon. The space was comfortable and clean though.

While there was AC, the rooms were still a bit warm. This could very much be because we had the apartments on the top floor but this is something very minor

The property was in an ideal location less than 10 mins from the beaches. Our apartments had balconies and small kitchenette area which was very handy for the evening time.

The outside shower didn't work, although there was a sign to shower and wash your feet when coming back from the beach. We saw that there was a bar next to the pool, but unfortunately it was closed.

The host was really friendly and gave us a lot of inside tips for restaurants and beaches. We had a big room with balcony and there was enough place to park our car. Only 5 minutes from the beach, but the pool was a welcoming surplus.

We had to switch rooms which wasn’t a problem, but the second room and bathroom that we got was quite outdated and small. It was fine but for the price that we payed a bit expensive.

Beautiful vila, most beautiful building from the outside from our stay in albania. Pool is very nice as well. Very nice staff and host, very helpful, gave us a lot of tips for restaurants, kayakking, etc. and responds very quickly! you can park there. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Enad in Ksamil. This family-owned hotel has a personal touch that was evident throughout my stay. The owners are incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel welcome and at home upon arrival. When the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, they immediately moved us to another room, ensuring our comfort without any hassle. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant, relaxing environment. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline of Ksamil. Overall, my stay at Hotel Enad was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, conveniently located place in Ksamil.

Room was quite dark , and furniture was old. But overall it was ok, except the bathroom, that had only shower curtains devaiding shower from wc, and if you wwnt to wc, you need to wear slippers not to slip..my kid sliped and got hurt..I would suggest to devided it with glass and reorganize it, as it was very inconveniant to use it.

It was very nice swiming pool, right next to our room and few sunbeds. Beach is also very close to apartment ,just 3-5min. Also there are coffy shop/backery just 10 m away and quite tatsty Grill restraurant just 20 m away. Supermarket 1-2- min walking distance away.

Our room was at the very top, to get to the balcony you had to walk through a lowered small door, so we banged our heads a few times on it...

Great location, just a 3 min walk to centre and probably another 5 mins to the beach. Room was clean, had everything we needed and overlooked the pool and garden. Great communication with the owners who spoke English very well.

I though there were seperate bedrooms, but one room had a double and single and the kitchen had a single bed.

Fantastic location close to the beach, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is an added bonus to cool off during the day. Our room was a little tight for four people, but we were were only there for a night it didnt matter. Great parking, supermarket close by and good breakfast options across the road. Hosts are really freindly and extremely helpful

Not enough hooks in bathroom for towels, clothing. TV no English channels.

Value for money. Convenient location, in the middle of everything ... supermarket, eateries, bakery, restaurants just next door, beaches within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The room has a garden terrace where you can have your breakfast facing the swimming pool. Free private parking. Hotel owner very informative about where to find good restaurants, supermarket, and nearby attractions.

Google maps took me down a mud track, yet the property was right next to the main road in Ksamil.

A clean and comfortable room in a pretty garden with a small swimming pool. Plenty of parking on site. The family were very welcoming.

The only bad thing in this place is: swimming pool is open only from 8AM to 7PM. We wanted to go night swimming but we couldnt. It wouldve been nice. And the mini bar at the pool, opening hours wasnt good. Theyre open at 5pm till 10pm, but it wouldve been nice to open like early so we couldve swim there and drink something. Also. It was open only in the first day. The rest of the days we were there it was close even when we went to check it at 7pm…

Our room was so clean! We booked a room with one large bed but we got a room with one large and one small. Thats okay thought. They had so many towels in the room. Nice bathroom and balcony! Air conditioner helped us sleep at night. Location was so close to ksamil beach, it was perfect. Staff were very nice and they took care of the swimming pool everyday. It was so clean. They had rules in vila en ad, which made us think that they take their villa serious and theyre good respectful owners. They washed our clothes for 3euros which is so good system!
