Absolutely everything, we didn't find any flaws in the hotel.

I stayed 8 days with one of my sons. Appartment clean, good space, all services provided. Emiljano and his family are very open to welcome and support. I strongly recommend.

The conditions were perfect. The cleanest apartments i have ever seen. The view from balcony was very beautiful, you can see the sea from there. It was quiet and the beach was not far from there only 5 minutes with the car.

The room was big and very clean. The sheets were changed multiple times and the facilities were in top condition. It was close to the centre and parking was available if traveling by car. The staff were very helpful and nice,

Their kindness and attentiveness added a personal touch that you just don’t get at larger hotels. The rooms were comfortable and clean and had everything you need to make a good breakfast. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with incredible views and genuinely kind hosts, this place is a true hidden gem. Highly recommend—we’d love to come back!

Villa Emiliano is in a wonderful location with a great view. A few minutes from Borsh beach by car and a great base for day trips along the Albanian Riviera. The host family made us feel extremely welcome and were always there with helpful tips and suggestions.

Very nice, new, very tidy house and comfortable apartments. The familly is amazing, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much!

In general - the hotel is very very good, it’s clean and has large rooms with a balcony directed to the sea and mountains. Its not hot inside even in the room on the top level, so we used air conditioner only 3 days of 8 in the end of June. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We stayed with two children and were offered the option to do laundry. There is an oven in the yard where you can grill fish, octopus or whatever you want. Just 10 mins by car from the closest beach, and a few markets ans tavernas on the way. In the village you can find a very good barber Eva, who made me cute and younger (ask owners to make an appointment).

Amazing view from balcony, we could enjoy both the mountains and the sea. Everything was perfect, the room was very nice and spotless clean and the hosts were friendly and helpful people. Thank you for your hospitality! A place to comeback! Borsh is a beautiful village❤️.

Beautiful family own and manage the property from onsite. Gorgeous view from the room. With a car it is easy to get to lots of southern beaches. Very clean and well stocked apartment.

We loved this property. The host family was amazing, the flat itself if so comfortable, location is quiet. The bed, pillows, A/C. Kitchen has all the necessary facilities. The views are to die for.
