The conditions were perfect. The cleanest apartments i have ever seen. The view from balcony was very beautiful, you can see the sea from there. It was quiet and the beach was not far from there only 5 minutes with the car.

Villa Emiliano is in a wonderful location with a great view. A few minutes from Borsh beach by car and a great base for day trips along the Albanian Riviera. The host family made us feel extremely welcome and were always there with helpful tips and suggestions.

In general - the hotel is very very good, it’s clean and has large rooms with a balcony directed to the sea and mountains. Its not hot inside even in the room on the top level, so we used air conditioner only 3 days of 8 in the end of June. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We stayed with two children and were offered the option to do laundry. There is an oven in the yard where you can grill fish, octopus or whatever you want. Just 10 mins by car from the closest beach, and a few markets ans tavernas on the way. In the village you can find a very good barber Eva, who made me cute and younger (ask owners to make an appointment).

Beautiful family own and manage the property from onsite. Gorgeous view from the room. With a car it is easy to get to lots of southern beaches. Very clean and well stocked apartment.

My stay at Apartments Vila Emiliano was wonderful. The owner of the house and his mother were very loving and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they offered us coffee and rakia (I especially liked the homemade rakia), and they also gave us some lemons with a wonderful taste. The apartment was big, very clean and equipped with everything you needed (I felt like I was at home) and had excellent internet. The view from the balcony left you breathless, as well as around the house there was a parking lot and a beautiful garden with flowers and trees. I hope to come back again in the summer and I will suggest this wonderful apartment in Borsh to my friends.😀😀

The location is great! The owners are very attentive and sincere! They treated us to their own grapes and figs - very sweet and tasty! The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A huge, cool beach is 5.0 km away.I definitely recommend !!!Thanks for all!!!
