Absolutely nothing

Beautiful and quiet place, very well maintained villa, great location, comfortable room with everything you need and nice decorated. Very clean, with towels and bed linen changing regularly and room cleaning every day. Delicious homemade breakfasts with vegetables, fruits and even sweets every day. Hosts even made special breakfasts for our son cause he doesn’t like eggs, it was really nice! Swimming pool just great! Owners are very nice and helpful, I even got a handmade present from Poli, it was so heartwarming. Thank you both so much, we really enjoyed our stay! Strongly recommended!

In our apartment the bathroom was not in very good condition :/ if you take a shower - the water was leaking everywhere. Definitely need a construction.

Very nice and private poil zone. As there were nor many families at one time, it always felt like we have our private swimmimg pool :) also we really liked the "family driven" business rules and breakfest that was made by the host in the outside kitchen :)

Amazing people, so friendly and kind. Supersweet for our son also. The pool was great and peaceful, had it to ourselves most of the time! Tasty homemade breakfast. Great stay for relaxing in a busy Ksamil.

We really enjoy our holiday in vila Emen .For the first time, we visited Albania . We stayed for 3 days and everything was more than excellent. The hosts are so nice and helpful people and very good communication. Really good breakfast. Vila Emen is 5 min walk from the centre and 10 min walk from the beach. All beaches are pretty good . The swimming pool is so clean and nice, we really enjoyed 😉. The location is very good and quiet. I really recommend this place for a holiday and if I go again to Albania I will stay there again. This place is very good for holidays with kids as well.

It's a beautiful quiet place, 10-15 minutes walk from the center and the beaches. You'll find several supermarkets and cafes a few minutes away. The room was amazing, clean, new, and comfortable. You get the service of a really good hotel with a cosiness and the atmosphere of a family home.

A lot of dogs without owner near by, in the whole area, but of course I knew this has nothing to do with the property.

I liked the fact that it was a walking distance from main street, the view was great, the room was very clean. Also the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every 3 days or so. The car was safely parked close to the house. The area is very quiet and we could have a goodnight sleep. But most of all we liked the hoste, they were very nice and helpful with everything, made our stay there very pleasant.

Friendly and nice owners. New furniture in the room, freezer, cooking appliances, A/C, comfortable bed, parking spot. Everyday cleaning was a big plus. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Language barrier was a breeze with Google translate. 🙂 Would come back 10/10. Best regards from Serbia ☺️

A beautiful, modern room furnished with everything you need. The owners, Naim and Shqiponja, were exceptionally friendly and supportive, providing many great recommendations on places to explore. Highly recommended!

The shower is not completely separated from the rest of the bathroom so we had to mop the bathroom floor after showering to dry the water.

The apartment is cute and has everything you could need. The host was very friendly and accommodating, they changed towels and sheets very often and swept the floor every day! Once they noticed we were using the kitchen they also brought a clean kitchen cloth and sponge, which no apartment owner ever does. Also, there is parking space, which is very convenient in that area of the city.

We spent 10 nights at Vila Emen and we loved every minute! There is a supermarket, restaurants and beach all within 100m. The main part of town is a 10 min walk. They cleaned our room everyday and provided new linen and towels every third day which was really nice to come home to after a long day exploring! we really enjoyed walking past their grandmother every morning knitting and giving a wave to each other. The price is unbeatable for Ksamil!

I had a great stay at the Vila Emen. It was very clean and had a very excellent service. The staff there were friendly and helpful. My room was so cozy and had everything i needed. The location is another plus if you will choose Vila Emen. Very nice location and close to the sea. I also would like to say that the location was in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Very cool restaurant nearby. I was able to walk and see so many great places. Absolutely suggest it! I definitely will be back there!

There was simply nothing to dislike. My wife and I are really exigent, but this was simply one of the few from the lots of places we have been where everything was just perfect.

Very kind, generous and extremely helpful owners. I've traveled in a lot of countries worldwide with business but I've never met such level of hospitality. For instance, we bought some fresh fish from fishermen and I only asked the owner whether he might have a particular, special fish knife so I can make some fish fillets easily ; he immediately put a glass with a great, cold, white wine on my hand while HE prepared, spiced and grilled all our fish and squid for us on his BBQ...(with fresh, flavored lemons aside, just picked from his lemon tree); My wife only asked where she could buy some Mediterranean plants / garden flowers (jasmine, lemon tree, bougainvillea, night jasmine and others), he went with us 40 kms to make sure we would find exactly what we needed for each kind of plant, with the best quality; he even arranged carefully all those plants in our car to make sure they would be transported in the best possible conditions... and so on... They were continuously concerned to identify whatever you might wish so they could immediately get involved and make sure that you really had a great stay at their place. Also very clean, new, silent, nice rooms, fully equipped, good wifi, very comfortable beds, good air conditioning, surprisingly great shower for such a dry region (very powerful water flow), etc. We will definitely come back.

Nothing to complain about

The property was clean with good standard and very good amenities, the hosts were so friendly and positive and very helpful even with lack of communication they built a bond with us and made us feel like home and helped us looking for places to go to and explore. Out of all very much recommended.
