Our room was very small, breakfast was the smallest we got during our two week Albania trip. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Close to the beach, AC worked well, staff was very friendly, balcony was spacious.

A modern villa (located among other similar guest houses some of which were still being built and access to which was along a bit of a bumpy track in a forest area in the suburbs) run by a lovely family whose charming young daughter acted as interpreter. The room was clean and comfortable and a kettle and cups were provided upon request. A decent breakfast was served in a sheltered spot in the beautiful garden. The villa is a stone's throw away from the beach but not very close to the town centre. We used our car, for which there was a parking place next to the house, to drive there. Good place to stay particularly if you've a car.

Such a lovely place with the kindest most helpful hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and even gave us a lift to our ferry so we didn't miss it! Amazing value for money in a very peaceful area. Very good quick wifi.

Everything was great. The room was spacious enough and the bed was really comfortable. We had our room cleaned every two days. Breakfast was delicious, we had different snacks every day. The owners have been the best, they helped us anytime we needed something and also gave us recommendations. they were very responsive. Anxhelo and Xhemi are treasures, very cute and intelligent. Xhemi knows English really well and responded to all of our questions. We had the best time and we definitely recommend!!!!!

Access road not finished. We arrived after a storm and all was wet and muddy. A bit expensive compared to other facilities.

Great new apartments. Daughters of the owners are taking care of the guest relations. Good breakfast. Parking the facility. Next to the nice beaches.

A bit further of a walk to Vlore. But only about 30 min or so

It was lovely and clean. It had a nice breakfast in a beautiful garden. When we arrived they gave us coffee and water. There was parking. The air-conditioning worked. There was a nice balcony to sit on. The staff were really friendly. There was a beach and restaurants near by.

Same breakfast every morning, could be different every 2 days. Also not too big so for men it would be insufficient.

It was very close to the beach, which was an advantage especially in the hot weather. The staff were really nice, helped us whenever we needed something(taxi, ATM etc.) The thing I really appreciate is the fact that they also took care of me, while being sick so thank you for that!

It’s not common area and map doesn’t even show a proper way, however we managed to find a road. It’s very local area and there is a lot of constructions around.

The owners are such a nice people. Little girl speaks English very well and she was super helpful. Breakfast was good too.

The best stay we had in Albania! The room was very modern and spacious, the bathroom had a good size as well. The balcony offered a nice view of the garden. Everything was very new and super clean, the hosts were amazing as well. Very good breakfast!

The air vent in the bathroom is a little loud

We loved this place! Greta and her family are so nice, they helped us with all our questions and bookings, made us delicious food and fixed things in our room instantly. The best beach is just in the other side of the road, not crowded, clean water, no garbage, good food. It is a 20 min walk to the city center but we enjoyed being in this peaceful part of town. The room was super clean, good air conditioning, nice bed and the common area in the garden is really cozy. I would recommend this place for everyone and we will definitely come back!

For us it wasn't a problem but Valona is a really big city so this location is perfect if you want to go on the beaches on that part of the city. For any other place I think you have to take the car.

I like it all but especially the owners so heartwelcoming and kind. They were available for anything they also wanted to make reservations for us. The bathroom was the best I had during our whole Albanian trip and definitely one of the best breakfast. We wish we could take the fig jam with us!

Bathroom exhaust fan on a sensor. Randomly turned at night but stops while showering if you keep too still. Example of ever doing technology. Just wire it to the light switch. Property tricky to find as you have to turn into a street and another her street is inside. Unmarked on google maps.

Very new and clean. Handy to beach via beautiful forest walk. Good wifi. Very nice breakfast included. Easy free parking. Friendly staff. You couldn’t get better for double the price.

Everything was very clean and confortable. The breakfast always delicious and Greta, the host, and her family were always very kind with us and gave us recommendations on where to eat or take a boat tour. The beach is 5 min by walking and you can have a delicious meals there at the beach clubs.

The bathroom has a shower area, but it is not glazed. However, this is the case in most accommodations in Albania. As a result, it is unpleasant because when you shower, you spray all over the bathroom, even if you try so hard not to. But this is not a criticism, just my observation, which did not affect our well-being during our stay.

Everything was perfect. The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and they do their best to ensure that you have everything you need at all times. They offered us coffee/beer to welcome us and also served us coffee in between. The rooms are new, practically sterile clean, the beds are very comfortable, the parking lot is right next to the house, the air conditioning is quiet, in short, as said, everything was perfect. At the end, they offered us olive oil, which they produce themselves, at a very affordable price. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. It's a top ten from us.

The place is just as beautiful as the pictures suggest. I absolutely loved the small green garden where you can have breakfast. Across the street is the beach and the centre is a 25 min walk or 5 minutes by car. The place is a family business and the whole family is just so kind. I would recommend this place!!!
