Friendly owner with an adorable dog, house in central location near the beach

Everything was good

New, modern apartment. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Fridge/freezer, kitchenette, washing machine. Bathroom was very big. Parking on site was so convenient. We walked down to the beach every day in just a few min. We even walked to the old town, although that was a bit far on foot. Keep in mind there is no elevator so you carry bags up a flight or two, but it's not bad. The hosts were so, so kind. We did need the translator to communicate, but it was just fine. They were so nice, accommodating and happy! I recommend this place!

Everything was great. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden every day... whatever you need, they will advise, help, and organize for you.

The host is kind and we felt very welcomed there. The apartment was clean, new, comfortable and spacious. Free parking is available on the property. The property is conveniently located near the main drag and the water with many bars, restaurants and shops.

Finding the property was a little challenging. It is located on a busy street and there is no sign of the address. There is a picture of orange flowers near the gate on Booking, but that picture was taken when the flowers were in bloom.

Apartment is impeccable – new, spacious, clean, equipped with everything, even washing machine and with a balcony. Incredible host, kind and friendly. We’ve got very precise information how to get there. When we stopped in front of garden gate, before we even managed to contact the host he came and open the dor. Nice private parking space, quiet location.

Apartment is a new one with all you need for living a nice holiday, also a wash machine, but we did not use it. Persons are incredible, genuine and gave warm welcome! All you need: they're ready to help and support you. I think is a rare thing knowing such a kind people and I'm lucky for having had this opportunity. Wish you a long healthy life full of love. Vila 4 Stinet was the perfect stop to stay during our brief stay in Vlora. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. You will find by 5min walk the Lungomare, or 9min ride the old neighbor Muradie. The highlight of this stay was definitely Kujtim, the owner, who went above and beyond to feel us welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The house is the same as shown in the photos. It is everything you need and all in good order. The host is very friendly and support with needed information. Only 10 minutes walking distance from Lungomare. Also, you have personal parking and the view from the hous is free from large buildings.

The hosts were sooo warm, kind and welcoming! The property is super clean and nice, felt like we are home! Host provided us everything we needed! The location is great, 5-10mins walk from city beaches n downtown. Really would recommend this to everyone because you’d feel home!

I recently stayed at Vila 4 Stinet and had an amazing time. The apartment was super clean and cozy, with a big terrace that had stunning mountain views. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was really nice. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Beach. The best part was the host, Kujtim. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. If you're heading to Vlore, I definitely recommend staying at Vila 4 Stinet!
