While there is no kettle to boil water in the room, one can ask for hot water from the restaurant anytime during opening hours; might be inconvenient though if one really needs it in the middle of the night or so.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is nicely located uphill and therefore the terrace restaurant where the breakfast buffet and afternoon/evening dining takes place has amazing views of the sea. Also, I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the lungomare, yet easily accessible on foot. Could be a lengthy walk to get to the very centre or end of the lungomare, and a slightly challenging to walk back, but I personally love walking. Also, the chessboard at the reception area was a highlight!

The hotel is situated set back from the sea & on a hill. Unfortunately a lot of building work is taking place around the hotel. No information given on hotel & surrounding area. Its only a couple of years old & taxis didn't even know where it was.. thank God for Google maps!

Set back from the busy town. This hotel is new, spotlessly clean & tastefully decorated. Staff weren't Albanian so their English was good. The roof top bar is stunning & the breakfast was homemade & lovely. Lovely lady in the kitchen & owners took pride in their garden. The kitchen was stunning & I wish I could of stayed longer to have a cookery class. Perhaps next time. An undercover car park & lift was appreciated. Great cheap local taverna opposite.

The water in the shower did not drain correctly and ended up going all over the floor. Seemed like the pitch of the floor was not angled for the water to flow to the drain.

The mountain view from our balcony was not there - replaced with a multi story construction - need to tell people about this when they are booking. Possibly offer a discount. No coffee making facilities, not even a glass or cup. No phone to be able to contact reception. A very sterile room with no atmosphere. Poor bathroom design with toilet getting wet by the shower and water running out of the shower area into the main bathroom area.

The location is great. Not down in the strip - away from the hustle and bustle. Secure parking downstairs. The owner even helped us up the stairs with our luggage The restaurant was brilliant - looking out over the water to watch the sunset. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety and cooked well. The slow food concept for dinner was great to see and experience. We were not sure if we were going to eat there at all and ended eating there both nights of our stay. The young waiter was very good and Shelby on cocktails was brilliant.

There was no complementary water made available even on the day of arrival.

The costumer service was amazing. The staff were really nice and helpful. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. For example, He helped us get affordable transportation on two occasions and also gave us recommendations on where to go and what to do. The rooftop restaurant had nice view of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Location is a big distant to the city center. If you will walk, use the tunnel path to make it easier (20 minutes)

Rooms not really soundproof- there were some girls making a lot of noise by the lift at 3am and we couldnt sleep until they had left. Not exactly a fault of the hotel as one is aware of the location once booking- but hotel is not in walking distance of the Vlore waterfront. We had a car so this did not pose a problem (must note that Vlore roads are almost always busy with traffic and so although it is a very short drive, sometimes took longer due to traffic + parking).

Room was spacious and had everything we needed, also had Netflix which was a great perk! Hotel also has a nice rooftop where breakfast is served, and you can also go for dinner. Pizza was really good! Parking is also offered underneath the hotel but tends to fill up quickly as there are only approx 8 car spaces. With that being said, we always found parking in the alley leading to the above parking.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property, but the Vlora coast is undergoing some construction, so be prepared to pass by building sites.

Really nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Amazing rooftop view to accompany home made dinners. Located next to really great beaches. A place where you can have an authentic Albanian experience.

This hotel had very good potential, which will grow, after development of the surrounding would finish. At the moment you get very nice rooms for very good price. Staff is great and helpful

I did not like the breakfast that much. I would give it 7/10 since they had the same everyday, no changes day by day. The taste was good, although many things were cold even when we came to eat the breakfast at the hour when it started according to its schedule.

I loved the cleanliness in the whole hotel. Everything about the room was great. We had fridge, everyday cleaned beds as well as the bathroom. Very helpful staff that let us know about everything. We also could have the coffee or tea or anything every hour, even if it was 1 o’clock a.m.

There is no electric kettle or coffee/tea in the room. There is only one small garbage bin in the bathroom and no selective garbage collection. It would be great to have at least a couple of chairs on the balcony. It was hard to dry our swimsuits without any furniture.

Very nice, almost brand new hotel in Vlora. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so if you would like to visit the main beaches and restaurants, you have to walk at least 3 km. There is a huge traffic in Vlora, so parking is very hard after 10 a.m. The room is spacious, very clean, large bed, cleaning every day. The hotel staff is really kind, helpful.

Nothing actually, but maybe would be better to have some sitting chairs on the balconies, add tea regularly to breakfast, and since it’s near the beach to add a cloth hanger on the balcony to dry the wet swimming suites 😉.

The owner and all staff were very friendly and helpful.
