If you want to stay away from the noise of the center and at the same time the beach is very quickly accessible by car, I invite you to stay at this hotel. with a great price for what you get. I highly recommend it.

The room super clean,great location,there is a restaurant under the hotel with great food. The host was so friendly and helpful,showing the true values of Albanian people. I recommend 👌 this hotel🫶🇦🇱🇦🇱

Nothing from the first minute.

I didn't had chance to enjoy anything from this booking. When I arrived there was nobody to check us in. Later on we found out from good neigbourgh people who contacted the owner that this one was in Tirana on the arrival. This situation is totaly unacceptable. What's worse booking was accepted and confirmed. We are highly dissapointed.

Amazing new property.

There is nothing.

I booked a room in this Guest house many days before arrival. The reviews were positive. I found it very strange that the day before and the day of my arrival to Ksamil that I had not heard from the hosts in relation to my arrival. When I finally to Ksamil, it was cold and dark. Directions to the property were non existent. Contact was not possible. Finally, I found a very helpful lady in a local café to contact the owner in relation to the booking. The owner was apparently in Gjirokaster but would send a person to take me to the Guesthouse. 1 hour 30 minutes later, I am still waiting and no courtesy from the owner for an explanation! Finally, this man suggested that I do not go to the Guesthouse. I was accommodated by another property in Ksamil independently. My worst experience ever in 20 years travelling.

Very good location, clean place as well as very kind and polite staff members!

Convenient location, we had a small apartment for 4 people. Comfortable beds, aircon, clean bathroom. Overall, great value for money and the staff were super nice and friendly!

Kitchen could be a bit better equipped

wifi not working most of the time, there was too much noise in the room (from the street, from other very loudly guests and from aircon), one day there was not water running and the other one there was not electricity working

Nice room with an amazing view of the city. On the ground floor there is a restaurant that has a good quality food and the prices are fantastic.

The staff was really nice, the locations is good, rooms are clean.

I missed a shower curtain/door.

Lovely spacious room with the facilities you would need. A ten minute walk down the road to the beach. Mario was helpful and friendly. I stayed for 5 nights and my room was cleaned and restocked after a couple nights so thank you.

There were some ants in the bathroom, and this didn’t really bother me as they’re harmless but may be something to consider.

the room was very clean, the owner very polite he offers us some drinks as well when coming.also, you can pay by card with not fee

we liked the location of the apartment, a bit outside the Ksamil craziness. but that means you need to walk to the beach and restaurants
