    Generally, the cleaners are doing amazing job they clean everyday and it is pretty cool. However be careful it's all ties on the floor. The lady at the reception is top noch always ready to help.

    The hotel has a restaurant, a a quality person and my wife working in relation with bookings, the breakfast is not the best, the moon egg are so oily and there is no toaster for bread. Just one type of breakfast everyday is not good and healthy. Secondly the staff are not kind at all at the restaurant, however they pushed us away and we found a far more better restaurant around the conner.

The breakfast has many foods you can choose from, by combining different foods, it can make the breakfast more various and harmonious. Our restaurant is frequented by many, the dishes are the most complimented around the area. Most of the hotel guests we've hosted have been influenced by the restaurant and the food!     I had a problem with the hotel's restaurant and customer satisfaction is zero. I wanted to sit and have a drink in the hotel restaurant with my wife and my 4 year old daughter around 8 o'clock in the evening, but they did not allow me to do so. If you are not going to eat, you cannot sit down. I am very disturbed by this situation and I want my hotel fee to be refunded and I want to move to another hotel. The next day, We had problems in the hotel restaurant again. I booked a room with breakfast in the morning. At breakfast, my 4-year-old daughter could not finish all the cereals and I wanted to take them with me by putting them in a glass. The staff said I couldn't take it. Then I went to the hotel manager and the manager told me I couldn't take it. The manager came to the reception and started arguing with me. He threatened me. He made the "I'll kill you" sign with his hand. He swore and told me to leave the hotel. I said give me my remaining hotel fee and I'll go. He continued to swear and threaten. I left the hotel immediately because I and my family did not have life safety. I want the camera recordings to be monitored and recorded. I will take this incident to court.

    Hello! We need to clarify a few things. First and foremost it all started from the breakfast which mustafa’s wife wanted to take food from the breakfast to take away which is not aloud and the waiter told them this and they all started shouting and making a fuss about it in the middle of the restaurant. Then after that they wanted a refund even though it is not our fault they came to the reception shouting without respect at the receptionist and the manager with an animalistic manner to both of them. Also the day before the morning “accident” they made a fuss about something basic which was the time of restaurant. They wanted to have a drink at around 8 o clock but at that time the restaurant serves only foods and drinks not bar and caffe. The waiter told them that the few tables that were only bar and caffe were occupied at that time. They messaged us telling that they wanted a refund because we somehow “demanded” them to eat something which we clearly didn’t just informed them about the time of restaurant servings. Even though they made such a fuss about things and disrupted the quiet and relax of other costumers which are so happy with our service we still refunded them. Not one person told you to leave the hotel , it was your own will. Not one person threatend you also. It was you will do you left. If we were that awful as you say than we wouldn’t have uncountable other bookings before and after you and also before you come pointing the finger to us, try to remember your own actions.

    The hotel is on very good location, close to the beach (2-3 min by walk), in front of 2 markets and many little restaurants. The staff was very polite and kind. The receptional girl was very helpful. The room is comfortable and clean (every day was cleaned by the staff from hotel). The breakfast was good. The stay in hotel was very pleasant.

    I will describe just with three words, perfect location you can see the sea from your balcony.Comfort beds,they change sheets and towels every two days very clean,staff is polite.Just 5 🌟 for me 😄

    Cleanliness, air conditioning , friendly and helpful staff ( they even prepared a breakfast pack to go when we left because we couldn’t attend the breakfast)

    Maybe the breakfast was short in some resources…. maybe there could be more sorts of salami and cheese and some olives

    I had the pleasure of spending five days at UJVARA and I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-equipped, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist named Ann. From the first greeting to the final farewell, Ann supported us every step of the way. She was not only highly professional and efficient but also incredibly warm and accommodating. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local attractions, or special requests, she was always there with a smile and a solution. Her local knowledge and willingness to assist us in planning our daily excursions greatly enhanced our experience. She often went above and beyond her duties to ensure we felt comfortable and well-informed. Her tips and advice helped us make the most of our time in Albania. I can highly recommend UJVARA, especially because of the excellent service we received. The receptionist is a true gem and made our stay something special. Many thanks to the entire team and especially to the fantastic Ann for such a pleasant and memorable stay!
