Too many tourists passing by, very crowded, not nice to enjoy the hotel and its spot. The hotel should not let the outside people to pass by the hotel and outlets. Kind of noisy because of the people passing and the proximity to the road. Inside of the restaurant could be more cosy and nice. They should change the playist in this beautiful decor not a commercial music, it ruins everything.

The Menu Card from the Restaurant was probably the most confusing translated Menu I have ever seen. Meal sizes differ extremely from basically 3 Bites to 2 People could've been fed with it. The "Beach Area" unfortunately is not very clean and has quite some Trash on it. The guest should be responsible for picking up their own Trash but since this place is directly connected to the Hotel it would be nice if there would be a 10 min Beach Cleaning each day.

It's not something words can describe. It felt as if I relived my childhood summers all over again. I can't wait to come back and stay a long while.

The hotel is beautiful, great style and architecture. It feels luxurious, clean and warm. The restaurant is really nice and the food was delicious (you should definitely try the Beef carpaccio). The staff was very welcoming and gentle, happy to help always with a smile in their face. There are gym equipment for anyone that wants to train outdoors in a balcony facing Vjosa River. If you want to go diving/sunbathing in the river, you can get free towels at the reception. Have in mind that to go to the sunbeds, you need to pass the river by foot first.

Really a great hotel! It is extremely modern, everything is very clean and stylishly furnished in a minimalist style. The view in the restaurant (where you also have breakfast) of the valley with the river is simply breathtaking, I enjoyed the view every time I sat there! We had the second cheapest room category but were still absolutely satisfied, I especially liked the bathroom with the rain shower. Beds also very comfortable and big! The restaurant (where you can also eat as a non-hotel guest) is also very good, I found especially the fries delicious, they were more like potato wedges and totally crispy and well seasoned! The best thing is of course the access to the river from the hotel: The water is so clear and totally pleasant (we were there in mid-June, when it was the perfect temperature), there are small rocks you can jump from and lots of sun loungers with parasols I would come here again at any time and next time I would plan a few more days!

The meal at the hotel wasn't good, greasy potatoes and the fish was rather greasy too. Portions are small.

The hotel is located right on the river with a descent to it and a view of it from the room, but in the outskirts of the city so a car is required. Excellent breakfast, courteous and pleasant staff. Everything was excellent!

Service at restaurant at dinner did not match at all the hotel quality. During the dinner, our table got "attacked" by some kind of insects, that got into our drinks. Although the staff helped us to move to another table, we also were charged for the drinks replacement, which is unacceptable.
