Very friendly staff. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Nice breakfast on balcony in the morning. Central location in Berat.

There is no private / reserved parking. You’ll be parking in the busy / narrow streets perhaps very close by or more likely a few streets away. Shower head should be cleaned or replaced, it’s disgusting. Air Conditioning is only in the bedroom so know the rest of the apartment will be hot. Look at the pictures carefully to help you find the place as there as no exterior signs. Payment in cash only (no credit cards) If you don’t speak Albanian, be sure to install the Google Translate App to communicate with the staff.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. It's in a very good location, only one street behind the main boulevard.

Great location, very central, very friendly host, good breakfast (cheese, sausage, fried egg, bread and delicious coffee). Very specious apartment. Lovely warm shower. Great view from balcony.

The room didn't have a curtain (only a net curtain) so it was very bright. Only thing I think it was missing was a kettle.

Highly recommended! Staying in Unejs Apartmet was good experience. The owners of the apartment are very friendly and nice. The location of the accommodation is very well located in the heart of Berat. Close to the apartment you can find many supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast is very delicious, we enjoyed it in the balcony of the apartment. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and also apartment has air conditioning. As I said in the beginning i will highly recommend it and I will come back there.

Noise from street but you can feel like in Balkan 🙂, not working washing machine, little small breakfast for me not for my wife.

It was a perfect location and the hosts were absolutely beautiful. They made the most amazing breakfast for us and were so warm and friendly and waited for us whilst waiting for our driver on the street - they were absolutely amazing.

Couldn't shut off the air con and was freezing at night - just think the remote needed new batteries and heard lots of dogs barking and people shooshing the dogs during the night

Very friendly host and family. The apartment was bigger than expected, we had a lot of room. And airconditioning in the bedroom, which was extremely welcome because of the heat during our visit. Breakfast was much appreciated as well, thank you.

Communication through chat can be a bit challenging because of the language barrier, but we managed alright. Also, it's at the main street in the newer part of town, so finding a parking spot there is difficult and traffic is busy. However, what we didn't know is that they would save a parking spot in the little side street for us. We had already found one when we learned that, but it was a nice thing to do and might be good to know for future guests.

A very cosy place ot stay, the host didn't speak English but defintely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A nice homemade breakfast was prepared as well; we ate outside as weather was fair.

The accommodation is well located and super clean. It is a flat which makes it ideal for a few days. The staff were super friendly. They told us where to eat and it was a success. There is a bedroom which sleeps 4 people in bed. 2 more on a sofa bed in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Lovely and frienly owners, great appartement en good location. They really did their best to make everything very nice for their guests.
