The view from the room is stunning.

The parking situation, the shared pool with the apartments below the hotel rooms. This property shares everything with about 2 dozen full time apartment renters. The beaches are so mid and you can't find a beach without a beach club

Our room was ready before check-in time, the staff were extremely helpful. We asked if they could call us a taxi to bring us into town and they drove us and gave us recommendations for lunch and where to exchange money without high commission fees. The room and balcony were big with great views. The pool was nice to dip in and lounge for the day! The price was great!

No food or snacks on site but they do have kitchens in rooms.

The view is breathtaking. The pool is in an amazing location and perfect size, though could be cleaner. The receptionists were kind and helpful, especially Angela who was very caring and dedicated.

There is a major difference between the hotel rooms and the apartments rooms, that wasn’t at all clear when we booked the vacation. The apartments are poor and shabby. The third bed was actually an opening sofa which was hard and uncomfortable. Some of the kitchenware weren’t clean. There was no socket for a reading lamp in the bedroom. The balcony wasn’t clean and most of all, two of its glasses were shattered! Air conditioner was only in the bedroom which was not enough to cool down the entire apartment. The apartments are not cleaned regularly, and they don’t even take out your garbage, you have to take it yourself to the outside neighborhood beans that are in a 7 minutes walking distance. We tried the breakfast a few times but it just wasn’t good. The pastries were dry and the vegetables roughly cut. The building is shared with two other hotels which gives the whole experience a sloppy vibe.

Nice hotel with beautiful sea view and room The staff was very friendly and helped me find a flat pillow as I have neck issues . I would recommend it as we loved our stay and it was great value for the money we paid too.

Tv.. we couldn't watch anything as there was no Netflix or any foreign channels I tried to stream my phone to the TV but it didn't work..

Great view - great staff - fair price - generous breakfast.

On some occasions there was an intense odour coming from the bathroom, that was unpleasant.

    Rooms were big

When searching for a hotel the gym was one of the criteria. The equipment is not fit for purpose. On check in we were not informed that the exercise room was not operational. When I complained to the owner she was laughing with her member of staff. You should not be allowed to advertise a gym on booking.com or similar booking agencies. Also the air conditioning was not working properly in the room. The standard of coffee compared the other Albanian hotels was poor.

The reception staff for our visit were excellent and tried their best to make our stay pleasurable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to help us. Stunning sea view.

Air conditioning was noisy and leaking. The bathroom was a little small. Due to a washing machine being in the small bathroom.

Quiet and peaceful boutique hotel, with clean, light and modern rooms. We were spoiled withe a large terrace with the best sunset view. Very friendly staff! Jolanda made us feel at home and the staff was really helpful.

We were dissappointed about the state of the equipment in the fitness room.

Fabulous family rooms, wonderful housekeeping, incredible view, warm pool (august), delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

I was disappointed on arrival as you pull up on a red road up a hill that is smack bang between the pool and the hotel building. Cleverly you can’t see that in the picture so I felt it was a bit misleading. However once I realised that there were rarely cars there, and the view from the room was THIS incredible I definitely softened :) It’s a bit of a funny location sort of sandwiched in to the rock face and out of town (lots of traffic going in to the town so didn’t want to drive in) but with a few restaurants and other hotel bars at walking distance so all good . The room could do with a stool or chair inside for a dressing table.

The staff were lovely and helped in every possible way, booking massages and taxis, printing boarding passes etc. The view from our room was incredible with panoramic ocean views and the sunsets were amazing. Good restaurants, shops and beach nearby. The sea swims were refreshing and fun.

Not having a restaurant meant going out or ordering take away for all meals except breakfast. We had to pay 20 euros for beach sun loungers, even if we arrived later in the afternoon. Traffic is bad in the evenings, so if you're driving expect to take 1/2 hour to get to the main town (Vlorë) for a meal.

This was a quick one night stay and we were so pleased we chose Toto. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was huge and our son had a great pull out bed in the lounge area. A large balcony looking over the sea was amazing. large bathroom, kitchen and a beautiful pool

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to amazing beach clubs and restaurants. We had a room with plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, super clean bathroom and amazing view. The free parking is great as we recommend travelling by car or taxi to get here and there is a nice breakfast buffet with many options.

The pool was very cloudy at the end of July perhaps from the heat and overuse so we swam at the stunning cliff beach instead. The gym is in a half renovated room with no aircon, towels or water. The equipment is either broken or not able to be plugged in. There is one small lift with no aircon to service the whole building so you're often waiting for it. With a few small changes this will be a great hotel!

Beautiful view, room and location. Beach is right below and has been updated with a beach bar with quiet music and nice sun loungers (€10 for two). It is stone but take water shoes. Ocean is lovely! Many steps down though so many not be accessible for some. Car park is around the back. See photo below. Views from the balcony are breathtaking and the pool is lovely. Lots of beds. Shop and a few restaurants few mins walk around the corner. Taverna Djepi is one I’d recommend.

Will be even better when it has a restaurant which looks like it being renovated next door. A utensil for each breakfast item must be provided as it is really bad for allergies/vegetarians having to share. Pool drain covers need replacing.
