It was almost perfect, there are just a few recommendations I would make to the hosts to make the experience better: -Some hooks behind the door would be incredibly helpful -Another bedside table or something like that is needed as there wasn’t a lot of space to leave things on. -Wi-Fi can be a little be slow sometimes. But those are all very minor and it was overall a great stay and I would recommend to everyone looking to stay in Ksamil

The location is superb, you can so clearly see the sea from your balcony and it is genuinely about a 90 second walk to the beach. However, it is far enough from the main strip / bars and restaurants that when you shut the balcony door you basically get zero noise so you can sleep comfortably. The apartment is clean and has all the basic amenities you would need. The host was wonderful! He was incredibly accommodating, very quick to help us with any issue we had, and he was very friendly and was always willing to give us recommendations and tips! He was also very helpful with finding parking, he had our spot ready for us before we came.

The location was perfect, you could enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The owner gave us good suggestions where to eat. It was clean.

You can hear everything next door and above you. If someone is talking next door you can hear them and late at night above us sounded like they were moving furniture. But there is nothing they can do about this. The shower is over the toilet but didn't bother us. We really loved our stay anyway.

Great little place to stay right near the beach in Ksamil. The view from balcony was great and only 1 minutes walk to the beach. There was a decent sized fridge and small cooker plate if you need. Close to supermarket, bakery and many restaurants. Very close to many beaches, we didn't move the car once. Very very clean. The staff are really nice. Loved our stay bere

Not about place but ksamil wasnt what we were waiting. They should do something for sarande and ksamil otherwise they will not have tourisrs there. Prices are insane and shops are not so friendly :(

Everything was so good. Staff was so friendly, when we needed help we just msg to them and in 5-10 minutes they were here at our room. Thanks to them.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but minor in comparison to the lovely stay we had.

There were humidity issues in the apartment which was not ideal. (With the air conditioning it was ok but still they need to do something about it).

From the arrival, the Property manager was serious, attentive and his treatment was perfect. Traveling alone and having people be kind from the first second is always a plus. The location was prime & the patio was perfect to work and see the ocean. The Cleaning staff were so kind as well.

Great apartment with lovely sea view. Really clean and comfortable (such a soft bed!). So close to the beach and lots of restaurants & markets! Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Some of the outside cushions smelt a little bit like cats urine and probably need a wash, but otherwise we loved everything

The apartment is very spacious and has a lovely big outside patio area which you can see the beautiful scenery while sipping a cold drink! So close to the beach so easy to have a quick swim! We loved this apartment and felt a calm oasis in the business of Ksamil. The communication and organising of check in/ check out was really good, and we felt very well looked after when we had questions. I would recommend anyone to stay here as we loved it so much!

Great location near to the sea and fantastic seaview from the balcony. Nice and very supportive staff. Clean sheets and towels that were changed during our stay. Room was cleaned every day. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome place to stay. 30m to the beach, a lot bars, restoraunts less than 2min walking. So friendly owner and all. Room is clear, kitchen is so clean too.
