They state luggage storage on Booking.com but they don't offer it. The guy at the reception got rude about it and it made me feel umcomfortable. I was here for work and needed somewhere to store a small backbag for a week while I was guiding in the mountains and could not take more than 15 kg. I relied on the information they provided on Booking.com to be correct. Thankfully there was a very nice guy staying at the hostel who let me put my bag under his bed for a week. When I returned for my 2nd stay the receptionist was again very rude and so I decided to cancel the third night I had booked for after my 2nd week as guide.

It would have been a great stay but I felt uncomfortable because of the receptionist. The beds were comfortable, it was mostly clean, apart from the street noise it was quiet at nighttime, all the beds had a power plug and they provide a towel too.

Not responsive out of working hours. I tried calling to ask if there is early check because I was sick and had a fever, no answer, I went there and knocked no answer, tried calling many times no answer. Until 15:15 the check in guy arrived and let me in.

The hostel is a good walk from the city centre about 20 minutes. The rooms are medium sized, the beds comfortable. The bathroom a bit small and not the best. It’s not very clean as you can see hair on the floor and dust behind doors and under beds. They have a very small kitchen with limited appliances only if you need to heat up. Few cutlery. They have a big fridge so that’s a plus. The view from the room is very nice, they have a terrace. It’s comfortable at night because they have air conditioning.

As it is in the city centre, it is really noisy in the evening and at night. Also, it would be great if there were a few more spoons/cups etc in the kitchen.

Nice rooms, both dormitory and a single room, very clean, also in the bathroom. A small "kitchen" with a kettle a microwave and some essentials. Located in a very centre of Tirana, very close to all sites.

Only 1 female bathroom, painting was old and gave a not super clean impression, even thought i considered it clean. Entrance is a bit weird, but safe and easy to find.

Bedroom was clean, many restaurants and cafes around, very safe location. Easy to arrive by bus from the airport (15 min walk in flat area). Welcoming staff.

If you work remote, location is noisy esp in the evening.

Well...I didn't get my change back. The reception guy told me that he didn't have change for my 15 Euro I paid for my 13,77 Euro stay, so he will give it back to me later. I was ok with that, but...Later I heard and saw the coins when the other reception guy was there. The first guy was nice and ok, except for my change that I didn't get back. I hope it was somehow a mistake. But, nevertheless, this is another reason for implementing card payments. Another things I didn't like: in the shower there was no place for me to put my soap, shampoo and for the toilet paper the same, it stayed on the sink or on the toilet bowl. Small things, apparently,but they do matter. The phonic isolation was very poor, I could hear everything from the street (even with a shut window) and from the other rooms. The bed was very comfortable, but the noise and the light coming from the door (it has a glass portion, it looks nice, but it prevents people from sleeping at night) allowed me only a few hours of sleep. Also, for the people that come to the hostel - the name of the street is no longer "Ibrahim Rugova", like it written on the street signs. It is like the booking says, "Deshmoret et 4 shkurtit ".

I like the feeling of the building and of the surrounding. And all in all it was ok, clean and cosy, it had everything I needed.

Overflowing shower water onto floor No toilet paper on the day I was leaving. Would be advisable for staff to leave a few tissues at the staff desk in case of toiletries running out.

The bathroom was shared. It was not kept clean most of the time. The hygiene of the bathroom bothered me.

I stayed in a girls room for 4 people. It had 2 bunk beds, I was very happy with the upper bunk bed. The beds were large, it had a balcony (great if you smoke) and a view of the city. The air conditioning was also adequate. Also the staff was very helpful.

Lots of noise can be heard from outside. Incase you think of cooking there’s no cooker/sink etc just microwave
