Very picturesque simple houses. Good showers (wetroom-style). Excellent breakfast. Kindly organised for our bags to be transported to Valbona. Loved the swing chairs and hammock.

The water did not come steady temperature and the breakfast wasn’t like in the pictures, but we enjoyed our stay.

The location is really good in Theth and it is peaceful and beautiful location.

One of the villa did not have AC and it was pretty cold.

The location was good and the staff was pretty helpful and friendly. Kapo ( the dog that stayed around the villas) was the best part of the trip :) .

Unfortunately, the Villa lacks some sort of a wardrobe to put your things. There are problems with hot water - you continuously have to wait a minute or two before you get some warm water, and then it is all cold again. Because of that, there was no chance to use the nice bath in the Villa. Our Villa had some mold in the bathroom.

Location is pretty decent - not too far away from the end of the Valbona - Theth hiking trail (or the start of it), pretty close to the Theth church and other hikes. The place has a very good vibe and beautiful surroundings. The staff is helpful and accommodates additional requests, such as a kettle and cups for tea. There is also a dog and some cats living there that definitely lighten up the mood.

The breakfast was a little sparse, especially if you are fueling up to go hiking. We ended up walking to a local restaurant and paying for breakfast. Pillows are a bit large and firm for my taste but some people might like that.

Loved the location, beautiful setting, and the cute animals that live on the property. The hostesses were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was the perfect mix of rustic and comfortable.

We travelled in summer and the room unfortunately offers almost no ventilation at all. It gets heated up quite a bit and there is no way to cool it down, unless you keep the front door open, which would also allow all kinds of insects in. Bathroom safety standards terrified us. There was an electric plug for all use right next to the sink, which leaks uncontrollably the moment the tap is open, because it doesn’t have enough depth to it. The risk of getting electrocuted is far too real. Overall, the value for money was not justified for the room provided.

The accommodation is different, the animals were cute a great location and overall a lovely place to stay.

Room was very hot throughout day and would benefit from aircon.

Stunning area. The accommodation is so picturesque with the mountains behind. We loved the cosy vibe and the hot tub (even if we were to hot and had to use cold water after our sweaty hike). The cabin was almost perfect (we would have liked to have air con). Would recommend a stay here! Great location.

The property is currently under construction and there is drilling going on at all hours including 7am on a Sunday and 9pm on Saturday. My only feedback would be to add more storage space or a counter and maybe some seating in the room plus somewhere to store clothing. It's basically just a bed with a tiny table in the room.

The Villa was very clean, comfortable and modern, the staff were very helpful in planning our time in Theth and transfer to the next destination. Extremely picturesque setting, very peaceful and everything you need for a stay in the mountains. Can even sit around a cosy fire in the evening which was lovely!

Water pump outside the house making quite big noise every time any of a houses uses water. Shower very temperamental, very sensitive, changes temperature itself drastically either cold or too hot.

After the beautiful hike from Valbona to Theth, we stayed one night at Thethi Villas. The tiny houses were beautiful, clean and the view of the mountains was amazing. At night they made a small bonfire for us with a delicious fruit platter. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend to stay at Thethi Villas!
