Very beautiful place and quiet. The small villa is relatively large and all inside is quite new and modern. The breakfast in the garden was good and pleasant!

I stayed here for a few nights before hiking from Theth to Valbona and absolutely loved it. The location is peaceful and stunning, you get mountain views from every angle. My room was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Theth!

We slept here after trekking 25 km through the mountains the previous day. We were exhausted and this little bungalow was exactly what we needed! Bed was super comfortable, the surroundings were breathtaking and the breakfast exceeded all of our expectations.

This was a get experience, we spent 4 nights with our adult son and his fiancee. We all really appreciate these lovely cabins, great AC, plenty of hot water for the shower. The breakfast was huge we could never finish it all local produce. We would recommend a stay here.

Nothing at all!! Everything exceeded our expectations.

We had an amazing time! Although the location was a bit tricky to find, the host came to pick us up and brought us all the way there. The cabin was super clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The host is such a wonderful person, incredibly helpful and kind. We truly felt like we were in a fairytale. The breakfast was also delicious and kept us full for more than 7 hours during our hike. Everything about this place was just perfect.

Super welcoming, beautiful location! Just make sure you bring cash to pay for accommodation. Breakfast was home cooked and fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Albania! Would love to go back.

There should be a clear instruction on where to go to pick up the key, which was not quite clear. We would have liked more storage places to put our things. It's unfortunate that much of the bath room floor gets quite wet when someone had a shower.

Cute little cottage in a nice location in Theth. We liked the area. It's easy to find restaurants in the evening, but you still have a feeling of peace and quiet - and a lovely view. Super nice settig for breakfast in the morning.

A little peaceful paradise in Theth in a beautiful garden with spectacular Mountain Views around, hosted by a very sympathetic family. Great breakfast too and possibility to bring some for lunch. We had a wonderful time. Thank you ☺️

It could be a little bit cleaner but It was still ok. It’s still hot during the day because there is no air conditioner. But at the evening and night it’s getting colder. We got a second blanket.

The house is in a very quiet area. Its in the near of the cathedral and perfect to start hiking tours. There are also some good restaurants only few minutes to walk. Every morning you get enough breakfast at 8.00 am. The view is beautiful. The little sister of the owner is really engaged. You have to Pay by cash but the girls bring us to the atm. For the check in is good to know, that you can write them when you arrived. You have wifi there.

I’ve waited a couple of weeks so as to not be angry about this property. Probably the whole stay started off poorly because it was not easy to find. Then I had to call to get someone to meet me by the laundry to let us into the room. I seriously thought I was in the wrong location. There is construction of a large building right behind which is not shown on the pictures. The listing makes it look like you have a pretty view on a hill, but the two cabins are in the garden area so the view is the fence. It wouldn’t be a problem so much except the room was quite expensive compared to other MUCH better properties. I really don’t like to write a negative review of a family owned property, but Id like to save someone else aggravation of staying here. The room/bathroom is dived by a glass wall & curtain covering the whole wall but it was really dirty. There is NO PLACE in the room to put any clothing. Nothing really other than a bed and a large table (why is this in the room??) No glasses, electric pot, mini fridge etc. Granted these aren’t listed, but for any other property at this price, you would have them in the room. Second day the hot water didn’t work but who wants to go find an owner at 7am to repair it? HOPEFULLY they fixed their instructions on paying because my confirmation email showed “Credit Cards Only”. When I went to pay, they demanded cash. You are in the middle of NOWHERE and since it was an expensive property, I didn’t want to give up all of my cash for something that was not my fault. So I was basically held hostage until I gathered up enough cash. Booking.com was zero help with this and took the side of the owner. Nothing like being a female in the middle of absolutely nowhere where the solution is to put a man in the car to go get cash to pay him. Are you kidding me. I guess I’m still angry. It is also quite a walk into town for dinner.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was in a pretty area. Enjoyed watching the chickens and rooster.

I didn’t meet the owner (the mother) but the son did make me feel a little uncomfortable as a solo girl he was nice but also just wouldn’t give me space and kept asking why my boyfriend isn’t there etc etc and it felt uncomfortable so I had to leave otherwise I would’ve stayed.

Hard to find location. Booking Improve your maps and directions for hard to find destinations. Stand a lone cabin extremely comfortable. Guest family extremely hospitable and helpful. Beautiful location.

- Down a stretch of rocky, narrow, hilly road past everything else in town. Should be fine for young people but at 62, alone, with stitches from a recent hiking fall, I was afraid to walk back after dinner in the pitch dark with just a phone light. So I had to leave early. -No shower pan so water gets all over the bathroom floor - Nowhere to put anything except the floor and the - Hard bed but that's preference I guess.

The location is stunning if you like remote quiet..There's a fan that helps with the heat and it's cool at night. It's close to hiking too. It looks new.
