Absolutely fantastic stay! It was very convenient, close to the city entrance and they parked the car for us. I love that service because Albanian roads are a little hard to navigate especially on the hills. It was 7 minutes to the Castle and city centre, so it was quiet with a spectacular view. Honestly such a gem! The staff were very friendly and helpful, responded immediately to messages. The room was comfortable with a gorgeous view, super clean and welcoming. The breakfast was a delight! Thank you!!

The hotel was a beautifully renovated building full of charm. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. It is located a short walk from the castle and the town. So location is excellent. Tastefully decorated and well appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed and view made for a very happy stay. Also a very generous breakfast included.

The hotel is not located in the city center but it is within walkable distance from the center.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The outside appearance was consistent to the whole city which was an added bonus.

Great views of the valley. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Super clean (when we arrived they were even soaping the outside terrace tiles..). Decorated with an eye for detail. Very comfortable beds and bathroom. It feels homely and cosy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, like preparing breakfast before hours early morning, or pointing you in the right direction, giving you a refreshment when coming back or giving the kids an extra treat, all without having to ask anything. Also the first place on our Balkan roadtrip where someone immediately helped us carry the luggage up the stairs and even parked our car. It’s located well, just a short 5-minute walk from the old town and bazaar.

This was a ruined old house fantastically renovated by a preservation architect. Very good breakfast served in outdoor terrace with wonderful view. The staff park your car and carry your luggage to your room (a steep driveway and stairs). Final verdict: we loved it!

This place is simply incredible. Located on a hill (with a secret passage to town which is under a 10 min walk away) this hotel has everything you need. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast incredible, and the rooms are spacious, well maintained, and well-designed. Highly highly recommend.
