A minor disadvantage was that there is no shower curtain/ glass door to close the shower so the water is flooding the bathroom while showering Would be great to have more variety for breakfast

I’ve been to Miami, LA, San Francisco, Vegas, and I live in New York — believe me when I say this was better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was outstanding: underground parking, spotless rooms, super friendly staff, and a breakfast that was absolutely delicious. The sea view, infinity pool, and rooftop were beyond amazing. And to top it all off, the owners are the very definition of Albanian hospitality. 10/10 experience!

The hotel was excellent. The room was very nice with great sea view, breakfast was very good. A private parking below the hotel. The rooftop pool is amazing with stunning view , very good atmosphere, the foam party in the afternoon was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jonny that made our stay fun and made an extra effort to help us with all our needs.

Everything. The staff are so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic and so much choice. The hotel is near good restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The hotel pool is fantastic with viewing out to sea. The rooftop bar serves the best freshly made cocktails. It is a perfect place to stay.. John, the hotel owner, was so kind and helpful. I would definitely come back it was a great find.

Everything was perfect from the staff whom were friendly and on point for everything, to the breakfast in the morning and I'm not even talking about the rooftop terrace that was incredible with an unique views on the city and a spectacular sunset!!!

Familly business, they are really very kind and attentive, also regarding kids. Rooms and hotel very clean, and first hotel from all holidays that has really comfort mattress. Johnny is a great guy, very kind and helps you in everything you need. Highly recomend, for sure we will come back!

Would have been great with some more casual food options @the pool. Was strange that your where not allowed to swim in the pool with sunscreen on.

The staff was great, liked the family spirit! Everything was very new and at a high standard. Nice restaurants close bye and walking distance to the beach. Bus very close that takes you to Ksamil. 20 min walk to the Saranda ”centre”

The music played at the rooftop pool was loud and very 80’s club like. A bit noise for us when wishing to relax by the pool. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated as well.

Clean, modern hotel in quieter part of Sarande. Lovely views from our room and the gorgeous rooftop pool. Staff were friendly and attentive even going to the supermarket to buy soya milk for our coffee and breakfast! Thank you for a first class stay.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Every morning began with an amazing breakfast – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The rooftop area quickly became our favorite spot; the pool was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the sea that made sunset moments feel truly magical. The music and drinks added the perfect touch for relaxing afternoons and evenings. The location is fantastic – just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Ksamil and within walking distance of excellent restaurants in Sarandë. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Every single person we encountered was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. It made such a difference and really elevated the experience. Plus, the hotel has spacious on-site parking, which was a big convenience for us. If you’re planning a trip to Sarandë, this hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!

The only thing that I would have liked, which can be said of nearly all european hotels, is a hairdryer that is not restricted to the bathroom. The mirror in a bathroom steams up after showers have been taken which not only makes it impossible to see what you are doing but also makes for a very hot environment in which to dry your hair. Not a deal breaker though just a point to consider.

The hotel is very new and as a result is impeccably clean. The sea view room was beautiful with a welcome balcony, mini fridge and ample storage. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, even though the hotel is quite large there is a 'family' feel to it. The pool area is absolutely beautiful with an amazing sea view. The location was great for us. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within easy distance, however the walk into Sarande town itself is around 20 minutes and via a route with poor pavements if any. Not a problem for most people though but something to be considered

Drinks at the rooftop bar were pricey. 700 Lek (€7) for a large draught beer felt steep. The hotel is also a little removed from the centre of Sarandë (around 30 minutes walking), and the taxis are also a bit pricey. 1,500 Lek (€15) from the hotel to the Port 🫤

My partner and I stayed in a standard sea-view room on the 5th floor and found it well worth the extra cost. The balcony view over the Ionian Sea, with Corfu taking centre stage, was absolutely stunning! The bed was very comfortable, with pillows that felt heavenly, and blackout curtains made for restful sleep. The room was cleaned daily and came equipped with everything we needed: TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, and basic toiletries. The area was quiet, with a handful of restaurants and small supermarkets nearby, which was handy for grabbing snacks. Also helpful to note: there’s a car park on site for guests with vehicles. The rooftop pool was the highlight! Never crowded, with a breathtaking, Instagram-worthy view. Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the availability of pool towels were nice touches 😊

Maybe it was the language barrier (I don't think so) but the staff were not friendly. No customer service despite the place not being very busy. Also they like to play obnoxiously loud music at the pool which makes it very hard to relax.

The highlight for us was the view from the pool and from our balcony, perfect for watching the sunset. The whole place was also pristinely clean and there was a good selection at breakfast.

The couple who run the hotel were amazing, super friendly and willing to help - the other staff not so much.

The rooms was so comfortable, small but perfect for 2 people. The pool was amazing, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.
