Brilliant location, good sized room. Very easy to walk into the old town and to the castle from. Close to restaurants.

The host was very friendly and accommodating as i was with a small baby and helped me heat up the baby’s food at all times.

Very good location, close to everything and the staff was very polite and helpfull. Had a very nice stay in Omer.

We were given a room in the other hotel just up the road which was simple but fine. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the dining room prepared by the friendly host. It's a great location between the old town and the new pedestrian area, close to the river.

It's not a problem of the host, but Berat is busy and there is limited parking on the streets and we had to stay in a paid parking place. The hot water ran out quickly in the shower. Stephen

Location as everything was on the doorstep. The owner was lovely. Our room was big and nicely decorated. A good breakfast. The outside tables and chairs

The fact we were in a different building which I was not aware of when I booked. Difficulty parking. No drinking water provided.

We stayed in a lovely family room, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect was exploring wonderful Berat, and the Sylvia was a very helpful and friendly host.

Cash payments only told on the spot, despite mentioned card accepted on booking website. Host should update payments methods to make guests aware.

Location is fantastic, close to the most important places.

The payment was ment to be done by card, but due to some technalities i had to play on cash. This situation can cause some problems. It is better to advertise payment on cash and then allow with card, as options, then the other way around.

Very nice owner and very good location

Excellent location to explore Berat, with easy access to all points of interest, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable. Hosts were welcoming and helpful, although English language communication was difficult (which was fine)

The parking situation is unclear. We were shown to a semi-street parking spot by the hosts, but later received a ticket from the police for parking there.

the location is good and it was clean

The owner was not there for arrival. They did ask us for an arrival time but we did not see that request as we were travelling. We chose the place because there is parking but it was very difficult to park without being given directions and guidance beforehand. The shower leaked everywhere which made the bathroom a mess. We were disappointed to be told that we had to pay in cash without notice ahead of time. We were told the machine was broken.

Everything. Perfect location, comfy beds, top breakfast, parking spot..... Silva is à perfect hostess. She has been so nice with us.She is a caring, smiling , dynamic and very helpful woman.

Excellent stay in Berat. Hearty breakfast, spacious room, and a very friendly host; she even helped me secure a parking space which was very much appreciated!

The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. The host prepared a nice breakfast for us and was very friendly. I think it will be difficult to find something better in such a good location at this price level.

The shower didn't have a curtain, which was quite a unique experience but manageable. Despite what Booking says, you cannot pay with a credit card. It was also the first place in Albania where we couldn’t use Revolut or a similar solution.

This Apartment was good. We had everything that we needed for our short stay in Berat. The location is perfect in the center and Restaurant, Shops and everything is only a few steps away. The kids loved the breakfast. We would definitely book this apartment again.
